Chris’s home was perfect for a weekend down the shore! Close to everything you would need. Chris was extremely helpful and communicative, making the stay even better.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

We loved our stay! The place was immaculately clean and looked just like the pictures. Would definitely stay again.

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The house was beautiful, and Carey was very responsive and flexible! I reached out with one question and she responded right away and was very helpful! A very lovely stay in a quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to where you want to go.

The house was perfect for our little get away. It was a 10 minute ride to the beach for my sons surfing event. The rooms were set up perfectly. It was great having two bedrooms. We each had our own space. The grounds were beautiful. So many flowers and the pool looked great. We didn't use it because we spent the 2 days we were there at the beach. Gayann and her husband were very polite and answered whatever questions we had. Their dog is quiet and so well behaved. You would never know they had one if you didn't see him. The day we arrived it was hot but the A/C's worked fast to cool the rooms down. I love that I was able to park in their driveway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Near a lot of restaurants and shopping. We already booked our stay for next June..

Michael and Jennifer were amazing to work with. They were beyond accommodating and extremely friendly and attentive. The place was absolutely beautiful. Everything seemed new and updated. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This stay was among our favorite for sure. The proximity to the beach, having the shore next to us was great. Host-wise, the communication from them and all the team needed was on point.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

House was great, clean and extremely convenient to Island Beach State Park and walkable to restaurants.

My family and I had an exceptional time. We really appreciated all the extra effort our host made, making the stay absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and anything we needed was there. We definitely want to book again next summer and already began looking at dates. What an amazing find!

It is a beautiful home within great distance to the boardwalk! The house came with beach chairs and badges making going to the beach a seamless experience! The house came with clear instructions so we knew what to do for check in/check out. Nick was very responsive to any questions we had and I would definitely recommend to anyone I know!

The place is fresh with a beach theme, lots of natural light and a peaceful white, cream and aqua decor. The space is open and welcoming and very clean. Everything you need to feel at home is there. Kitchen is sort of divided which is great for containing heat when running the oven or stove on a hot day. Loved having a dishwasher. Air conditioning in all spaces. Spiral staircase to second floor is a bit tight but also fun and different. The neighborhood is sort of tucked away so it is quieter than other areas in a town that can get very busy in the summer. We were off season so it was very quiet. It’s an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk or bay sides of the peninsula. Grocery store about 1 mile away. Chris responded in minutes to any question and was very helpful. Would love to come back!

What an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was set up so nicely. The ocean and bay were both 5 minutes walking distance, with restaurants and stores within walking distance and the boardwalk area close by. Dean was a great host, and we will definitely be back!

This beach house was the perfect size for my family of three, in town for a baseball tournament. The kitchen was pristine, and it was very convenient to have an ice/water dispenser in the fridge. Though most shops and restaurants looked closed for the season, the boardwalk was only a few blocks away and very peaceful this time of year.
