Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

This single family home has been totally renovated. Relax and have fun with only a 7 min walk to beach, boardwalk, restaurants/bars, new kids splash zone, and 2 new parks. Amenities are Central A/C, W/D, WiFi, Roku Tv, linens, bath towels, gas grill, patio, driveway for 2, and 4 beach badges. Bring your bike and enjoy riding along the bay for sunset or walk the beach for sunrise. Only a 8 min drive to IBSP. NO PROM RENTALS or under 25. 7 night min during summer- 2 night min for off season

It is a quaint cape cod style 3 bedroom and 2 bath home with a large deck and outdoor shower on a secluded, quiet block by the Barnegat Bay. The backyard has an amazing marina view & the front a breathtaking bay view of the sunset & Mathis Bridge. The home is in a residential, family friendly neighborhood. For this reason, we do not accept younger guests (25 yo+). Its secluded location provides a more quiet stay and easy parking within close proximity to all of Seaside Park's attractions.

Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom condo in South Seaside Park! Walk to see sunrise at the beach or sunset at the bay. Our unit is a block from the pristine Whitesands beach by Island Beach State Park(IBSP). Walk along the beach towards the serenity of IBSP where land and sea wildlife can be spotted. Go crabbing at the nearby fishing piers. Explore the Seaside Heights boardwalk or walk to dine at locally famous restaurants. Come stay at our condo! Comfortable beds and modern amenities await!
