Beachfront vacation rentals in Seaside Park

You will just love it here! The grounds are well-kept and attractive. The pool and beach were lovely. The only issue with pool area is as soon as it opens, individuals take ownership of the tables with umbrellas by placing personal items on them yet no one may be there for extended periods of time. Those tables are the only respite from the sun which makes it challenging. Additional umbrellas over the lounge chairs would help or, simply not allowing “reservations” for the day- even better. I would suggest BYO beach chairs- the ones there are not ideal although nice to have been offered. Although we always had our beach/pool badges in our beach bags, personnel were not strict whatsoever. The unit itself is neat, well-appointed, comfortable and well-kept. The sofa reclines with the push of a button but is not a sofa bed per se. There is a foldaway bed in the closet of the master bedroom but we did not use it because space was limited. So much is provided and available and the view is spectacular. It was great to use the washer/dryer for small bits of laundry. The porch outside had two anti-gravity chairs and a pretty rocking chair with small tables to enjoy. We closed the black-out drapes in the master bedroom and deck doors during the heat of the day so that it remained cooler. The rules are simple and the check-in & out are easy. Lasolas Market in Rt. 35 North in Normandy Beach was close by and a great little find - bought a beautiful sirloin at butcher shop there and used huge onsite grill behind pool area. We rented jet skis and did some crabbing at Dockside Outfitters in Seaside Heights - great place. The Rt. 35 North offered many eateries, shops and ice cream shops- The Music Man for ice cream was cute. Point Pleasant and Seaside Heights boardwalks are short rides. Glenn was easily reached via airbnb and answered our few correspondences promptly. We appreciated our experience and Glenn’s hospitality. Thank you!

We wanted a vacation house for our whole family.We wanted to have activities for all ages and please let it be under an hour or two to get there. Well, Carol's property checked all the boxes. Plenty of beds for 4 couples and charming twin beds in two of the other rooms for the kiddos.A dining room large enough gather and plan our days and dinners.The kitchen was well appointed. It was the very large front porch that stole out hearts. the boardwalk was just a 5 minute walk.( We were walking with 4 year olds)We were able to take advantage of all the boardwalk had to offer. As close as it was we never heard crowds from the rocking chairs on the front porch. Carol was a gracious host.

This is a spacious, cheerful and beautifully decorated home for your Spring Lake vacation! Layout was great, well appointed, walking distance to both the beach and downtown shops and restaurants! We very much enjoyed our visit, and sitting outside in the quiet yard enjoying the sounds of the surf. The pool wasn't open during our visit (in October) but it's such a great feature for summertime and looked spotless. Julia and her husband were super helpful and friendly - highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Alejandro’s. We look forward to staying again in the future. He literally had everything that you would think you needed. His home is vert spacious and very clean! I cant wait for my next visit. Thank you for providing us with excellent service Alejandro!!

Super clean place, walkable to everything you’ll want to do. The pool is well maintained and parking is easy. Steve communicates quickly and the place is well set up!

We usually rent a lake house but we really enjoyed the pool. The house was exactly as described, close to grocery stores, and was a very enjoyable week

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

Check-in was at four, but they text me around 12 and told me my room was available. Which I thought was very nice a very clean place and quiet. And I hope I got the guys name right I think it was Jason, he was amazing, very accommodating and very sweet. Thank you for a great stay and I will see you soon

Beautiful home, great location!! Very clean and my kids loved the loft area.. Close to Lavallette shopping and beaches, as well as a short drive to the Seaside boardwalk. Very responsive host, highly recommended staying here!! Will be back!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

A group of us stayed here for a wedding and had a wonderful experience. Runa was flexible and helpful and the house was beautiful, clean, and in the best location. Would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic location backing up to Island Beach State Park. Natural and rugged. The house was spotless which was much appreciated! Jillian was very nice and prompt with responses. We had a quiet and relaxing time. Thank you!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Place was great , clean , everything they advertised to be , and were super easy to deal With , they also checked in frequently to make sure our stay and vacation was going great and if we needed anything, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and look forward to booking again next summer!

We met family friends for a peaceful, relaxing winter holiday at the beach with a total of 4 little kids. Brogan Cottage was magical. All the "usual" stuff was great (clean, comfortable, well-appointed).... but most remarkable was the HUGE range of amenities and supplies provided. I tried listing them and ran out of space - so just a FEW examples: Everything you need in the kitchen - we cooked dinners, breakfasts and sufganiyot for chanukah with ease. Tons of indoor toys & family games. Outdoor toys, balls, scooters and bikes in great condition. Pack n play, potty seat, and high chair. Butter, olive oil and cream cheese. Band aids and scissors. 4 kinds of laundry soap! So much more. You name it, we found it - ALL the conveniences of home in addition to big trampoline and short walk to the beach. This made vacation with kids so easy! Only minus was limited indoor dining space - best to eat big meals outside (great outdoor space) but on rainy days it could be tricky.

The place was as described and perfect for our needs. Brought my 94 year old MIL home to the Jersey shore for a birthday celebration with family in the area. Elevator addressed our access needs. Close to beach, easy to get in and out of the area and just plain charming. Made for a great trip and if she chooses to return, I know where we will be staying.

The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. It was perfect for my family. The bedrooms were perfect and clean. The location was great as it was so close to the beach. And finally, the host was lovely and accommodating.

I was so comfortable in Donna's house.. Her bed's you could sleep all night?. Neighborhood extremely quiet. But nice and clean. I would so love to stay here again when I come up to New Jersey. Donna thank you for all you do.

This is a beautiful home! We were in NJ from TX for our daughters wedding and our first Airbnb was horrendous! My son reached out to Eliane and we got in EARLY the next day! Everyone enjoyed the house, as you can imagine being the parents of the bride we hosted everyone! If I had any questions at all Eliane response was quick and helpful! Thank you again for getting us out of a jam Eliane! You truly were incredible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The property was BEAUTIFUL, and everything that was offered on the listing, was exactly what we received! We loved our stay and would easily rebook this trip over again. Whether you are looking for a quick stay or a long one, this listing, I would recommend for sure!

Our stay at the Upper Deck couldn’t have been more perfect! Joan’s home is ideally situated just across the street from a beach entrance; walkable to food, mini golf & even the boardwalk! The exterior features are awesome w/ dedicated parking & a delightful covered porch we enjoyed all day long. The apartment is spacious, bright, cheery, comfortable & immaculate! Best of all, Joan is an incredibly kind & thoughtful host whose special touches make this a true home away from home. When it comes to the perfect beach getaway, Joan’s thought of literally everything… comfy beds, soft linens, plentiful towels, beach badges & chairs, cooler, ice packs and filled trays, comfy indoor & porch seating… truly, I could go on and on. Joan’s home provided me with some much needed rest and comfort… I’m so grateful for her hospitality and can’t wait to visit again!
