Bungalow vacation rentals in Seaside

We stayed for 3.5 months during the winter months. We had everything that we needed in this home. We stayed warm and cozy since it snowed in Destin! Our dog had plenty of room outside. We enjoyed the front screened porch on sunny days. We didn't rent a car so we walked. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance and the beach was about a block away. When we didn't walk, we took the EC shuttle bus. Molly and Steve were always available if we needed anything and were great hosts! It was easy to use Uber for grocery and food delivery. We enjoyed our time here and would stay here again.

Fantastic place to stay, very clean and quiet and a perfect distance away from the beach. Our dogs also loved the place and the outside shower made it really easy to clean them off. Would definitely recommend.

The place was very nice and clean. The golf cart was great for getting around the area, to the beach, and to the Baytowne Wharf. One golf cart needed service while we were there, so Brandi (the property manager) gave us access to the second golf cart for the remainder of the time we were there along with the original golf cart once it was serviced. Brandi was also very responsive when we had any other questions.

The short walk to the private beach was perfect! Great location and the house is very cute.

We loved staying at Brent's Airbnb, he was such a fast responder every time we would send him a message. He allowed us to check in early! which we are so grateful for, after such a long drive. The Airbnb was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The location was perfect 4 minute drive to the beach you can even walk. Overall it was such a wonderful experience, we would definitely love to stay here again! ❤️

Excellent vacation spot! Everything was wonderful! My husband and I vacationed with our three children (ages 14, 9 & 6) and this place was perfect! The community was nice and quiet along with being very well maintained. The house is just as pictured and was very clean. You can literally stay here and never get back in your vehicle if you desire. The grocery, beach, arcade, shops, ice cream parlor, games for the kids, etc. are all within a very short distance. There’s nice shady places to take walks and the pool is right across the road from the house. The beach is a little golf cart ride away but there is a driving path just for the golf carts so that you do not have to go out on the main road, which made it super convenient. We would definitely recommend the less-crowded of the two beach access points. We would highly recommend this house along with it’s hosts. They were very responsive to messages and provided clear instructions along with a list of recommendations!

Amazing! Beyond our expectations! Pictures can't do it justice. Easy walk to the beach, the bikes provided made it super easy to ride around and see Seaside. The beach was beautiful and Jim and Debbie's home was spectacular...attention to every detail, and spotless. And they are amazing and kind hosts. We look forward to our next trip back!

The house was great. You can tell it’s an older home and the bathroom has a faint odor but I’m sure that’s due to the age of the house too. I was a little nervous when reading the reviews that the house wouldn’t stay cool enough but it was PERFECT! Very easy and convenient location. The backyard was awesome for our dog! Overall I would give our stay a 10/10!

Brent was extremely kind, we were able to check in early and for only $50 we were able to have a late check out. The Airbnb is beautiful and the location was perfect. We were able to enjoy PCB without being surrounded by springs breakers. Will definetly book again!
