This is our second stay, and we will be back again!! Perfect for a couple, super comfy bed, easy access to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, etc. Quiet location, loved the pool.

This was our first time in 30A and this Airbnb was everything we could have asked for! We loved that it was an easy walk to public beach access and close to great restaurants. For the little time we were inside, this was a comfortable, relaxing home away from home that had everything we needed. They even provided beach chairs and a great beach umbrella! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay at 30A!

This place definitely felt like home the host was great! Honestly in the perfect location you can be on the beach in no time easy walk very nice place with wonderful host! We will be coming back to stay again! Don’t overlook this place it’s a one of a kind!

We had a great time at this location. Just steps away from a private beach location and close enough to ride our golf cart to Seaside in less than 5 minutes! We will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at the condo. The location was perfect, since it was so close to the beach, shopping and restaraunts. The condo was clean, neat and spacious. It was well equipt with everything we needed. This was one of our best beach experiences and we will return!

We had the most amazing time at this condo — it was truly the perfect couple’s getaway! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was cozy, clean, and beautifully maintained. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making it feel like a true escape. Alex was incredible to work with. From the moment we booked, he made everything so easy and stress-free. Clear communication, thoughtful touches, and such a welcoming vibe — it honestly felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. We loved every moment of our stay and already can’t wait to come back. Beautiful and updated condo, just as pictured and described. Quiet, but restaurants, pools, etc steps away. Best amenities we’ve had so far for a 30A trip. Weather wasn’t the best, as it was pretty cold and windy, but we were able to enjoy the amazing heated pools and play pickleball. Will definitely stay again!

This is the cutest little condo. It's very well-decorated, and it was very clean when we arrived. We loved being able to walk right off the patio to get to the beach. We loved having breakfast on the patio every morning. All of the appliances worked, and I had everything I needed to cook. We could hear the people above us in the mornings, but they weren't too loud. I had to contact Brett once, and he responded very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Such a great location, quiet, family friendly area of 30a and right on the beach. We enjoyed coffee each morning on the balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo was clean and cozy and the beds were comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful, relaxing week!

Matt was fabulous at communicating. The place was perfect for what we needed. The back porch was a great view of the pool and landscaped so nice with flowers! The deck was stocked with beach chairs, beach umbrella, frisbees, and even a kite! We did have a small issue with the Google nest not wanting to stay on which kept the AC from cooling. But Matt called me late and was even willing to send out emergency hvac! Other than that, perfection! Even a great coffee shop right next door and public beach access directly across the street so we didn’t even have to leave the parking lot! Just carried the stuff right to the sand! I must have my morning coffee and not a kurig fan. Kurig coffee maker but no pods provided. I traveled with coffee grounds, cream and stevia though so I was very excited to find a pour over and kettle with a metal filter instead of just the kurig machine! Made the morning coffee walk perfect!

We had a fantastic stay at Simon & Laura’s place! The location is perfect—just a short distance from the beach—and the home had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was how thoughtfully equipped the place was. They had beach chairs, an umbrella, and even a wagon to carry all our things, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. There were also so many other little extras that showed how much care they put into making guests feel at home. Another amazing bonus was the free shuttle service to the beach—it made getting there completely hassle-free. We really couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient, well-stocked, and relaxing beach escape!

Gorgeous property just steps from the beach! Very responsive host who allowed us to stay last minute and check in early. All the beach accessories you could need! The lovely deck overlooking the ocean was fabulous. Wish we would’ve booked this place sooner!

We absolutely loved the condo! We spent a week enjoying every moment of the view! The pool was great and the beach being right there was fantastic! We hated to see the week come to an end! We will definitely visit again!

Great place to stay when you’re in Destin. Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach (private entrance) as well as several restaurants. Was very close to grocery stores, food, and shopping, but still enough off of the main strip that it felt a bit more secluded. Room was very comfortable and clean. Internet and streaming services for the kiddos in the afternoons as well. We had 3 little ones with us (4 and under) and they had a blast. Was great not to have to load everyone and our gear into the car every time we wanted to head to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again.

Let me first say how amazing Yana was with communication, instructions, local hot spot knowledge, she knows her stuff when it comes to this area. We stayed for 5 nights at her place and it was everything we wanted in a condo. The condo is GORGEOUS, the scenery was so beautiful, and the quiet piece of town it is in, is perfect! I love the HOA rules, it keeps riff-raff out and you don’t have to listen to loud music, parties, or any other annoying distractions. We enjoyed our stay here, more than any other place! Jeff was a fabulous host and very communicative! We were getting in early to the area and found his beautiful space last minute and were able to book without any issue! We traveled with our 2 pups and they loved the space as well! The specific dog area on the property was very helpful and the “dog beach” in Panama City was within walking distance for our pups to enjoy the sand as well! Thank you so much for having us and we would definitely stay here again!

The perfect spot for a large group! Enough space, great walkable location, and a quick bike ride to the beach. Truly the best and most responsive host I have ever had. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The condo was remodeled beautifully! The kitchen had everything we needed and everything looked brand new. Very easy access to the beach, and the attendants were great! Jeremy was very easy to communicate with since day 1 of making the reservation, and the check-in/out procedures were very clear. Two adults and 4 young adults stayed in the condo and we never felt crowded. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Peaceful Waters in Baytowne Wharf. The view off the balcony made you feel like you were in a forest, it was peaceful. Eric had great recommendations for local beaches, easy directions to use the facilities on site, and a closet full of items one would need to enjoy the beach! Easy parking, easy to walk to stores, restaurants, and the marina.
