The location is perfect and as advertised. Beautiful views from the balcony. Host is very responsive. Restaurants are close and condo was clean. The beach offers rental chairs and umbrellas for $50 a day. Host had an umbrella and 2 chairs. Perfect for our needs. Bed is super comfortable. Only one minor issue where pigeons would like to sleep on balcony and could make a mess. Host was responsive to contact maintenance to correct. I would definitely stay here again.

Anna's condo was beautifully decorated and serene. The balcony had a nice side view of the ocean and was a warm sunny place to sit late afternoon. The entrance had a beautiful view of the pool and hot tub. The bed was comfortable and we liked the cotton bedspread. The nice size TV's with streaming service was a bonus. We appreciated the shower spa experience. The kitchen had beautiful white dishes, clear glassware and nice stainless steel pots. We would recommend a crockpot or instant pot. The bathroom's were very clean. The walk to the beach was quick. We loved the private beach, white sand and aquamarine blue water. Bring your beach chairs and umbrella for your day on the beach. Overall Anna's place was perfect for our month stay. Thank you for all the special memories.

This is an amazing place to stay if you’re looking for serenity and quiet location. It’s located conveniently next to a gas station for quick and simple cold drinks, or a bite to go. Easily within the access points to the beach, the walk is maybe 3-5 minutes away and very nice beaches. The place was clean, and it felt very welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying there and will be staying again next time we visit 30A!

The condo was clean and as described/pictured. Hosts were excellent with communication. The location of the condo, including vicinity right on the beach was exactly what we hoped it would be. Plenty of cooking accessories in the kitchen. Beach accessories in the condo were enjoyed as well. Overall, the family had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We loved staying at Myrna’s place! This is our second visit to this resort, but first time staying with Myrna. We were not disappointment. The condo is close to the beach, has a very large balcony with a great view, was clean, and very well stocked. I had several questions before arriving and Myrna answer them all within 10 minutes or less. She even called me personally while I was visiting to answer a question we had. I would highly recommend staying at Myrna’s place, we will be back!

Scott and Tanya’s place was very thoughtful and overall great. The location is great for any group, but especially young kids. Our kids, 5 and 2, loved being able to play right outside the deck. It was great for while we were getting ready for the beach and/or if the wind was strong at the beach. There were times where the gusts were about 30 mph on the beach but at the condo you couldn’t feel any wind because of the dunes and buildings. The 2 beach chairs and umbrellas already covered were really nice. The walk was from the deck to the beach chairs only took about a minute. This was our favorite vacation we have taken together and definitely will stay here again.

The location is within walking distance to beach & very close to variety of restaurants & outdoor mall. Definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. Host is very clear with instructions & has a book of recommendations. We were very happy with everything about our stay!

My family spent a wonderful spring break in PCB. Our stay at this condo was perfect. Whenever I had questions, (son needed to print a college paper, wanting to check in a little early and a bulb out in the bathroom) I got a reply within 30 minutes each time. A bulb was replaced right away. The huge window in the master bedroom was great to wake up to each morning. They thought of everything. Even toys for the beach already there. We will stay here again. Thank you for making our stay so great!
