Monthly Rentals in Schwerin

We felt like at home. Very cozy apartment with everything you need. In a few minutes you are in the old town and also quickly at Schwerin Castle. The parking space on the premises is great. We will be happy to come back and fully recommend the apartment.

Very nice, as good as new apartment. Tastefully decorated, the kitchen equipment is great. Even the little things, that you always forget, like garbage bags and dishwasher tabs, were available and easy to find. Utility room with cleaning supplies and possibilities to accommodate glass waste and waste paper, small but nice balcony with a side view of Lake Schwerin and the castle. Easily accessible location even if you don't have a car available. Even from the train station you can walk in less than half an hour and there is still a nice, varied route. Alternative bicycle: Large, lockable bicycle room in the house, next possibility to rent e-bikes just 5 minutes' walk away. We liked the apartment.

We were in the apartment with 3 adults and had plenty of room. Ingo personally welcomed us and gave helpful tips. The communication in advance was also super friendly! The location of the apartment is perfect and super central. Everything is clean and there are many nice little details, such as games, guest slippers and a table tennis table. We felt very comfortable ☺️

The apartment was within walking distance of the train station. The location was very quiet. I highly recommend the apartment for a stay in Schwerin. We felt very comfortable for the 3 days. There is also a folder with tips for excursions, etc. I liked it very much. We will be happy to come back.
