Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located property. It can accommodate 2 people (3 per. possible)in my small modern downtown 50m2 apartment. The city center is within walking distance and the tram stops almost in front of the door. There are 2 bakers on the street, the Rewe is also within walking distance such as the beautiful castle/ theater / museum. Many restaurants are in the immediate vicinity :) If you stay longer you can also use the washing machine.

The apartment Schelfblick is located in the Schweriner Schelfstadt on the 1st floor overlooking the Pfaffenteich and the Paulskirche. From the quiet balcony you look into the green backyards. In the immediate vicinity is Schleswig-Holstein-Haus (Kulturforum). The market is just a 3-minute walk away, and about 12 minutes to the train station. Schwerin Castle is about 10 mins. The lakes, restaurants, shopping, museums, theaters and cinema can also be reached in minutes.

In a few minutes walk you are in the city center/DB train station. The apartment also includes a well-kept garden and a lockable cellar for bicycles, which can be accessed via the staircase.

Feel free in my cozy & brand new apartment! It is located in the heart of Schwerin, and is very easy to reach (public transport or car). Parking is available right in front of the house. Please note that parking is not free. You will receive a 24 hour parking ticket for €8. The train station is a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Also in the city center you are quite relaxed within 5 minutes.
