Vacation rentals with lake access in Schwerin

An absolute gem in size, we lacked nothing and we all had imaginable amenities inside as well as outside in abundance! :) In the fully equipped kitchen we were able to take care of ourselves completely! In the beds, thanks to the very good mattresses, we slept like princes & princesses :) Evening there is red deer to watch in the field opposite and tomorrows, at breakfast in the beautiful garden, we are greeted by cranes, a dream. The house is very cozy and stylishly decorated, my favorite was the conservatory, with its oversized sofa that invites you to dream, wander into the distance and devour a good book:) Christian and Elisabeth provided us with 2 bicycles, with which we could make 2 nice excursions. We stayed a few days over Easter with the extended family and just had a fantastic time!

The house is as seen in the pictures very beautiful and furnished to a high standard. Everything you need is available and also small details such as extra blankets, a pair of spices and a barbecue were there. Upon arrival, we received a warm welcome and we got an introduction. The sauna overlooking the garden is a highlight, especially at night due to the built-in starry sky and LED lighting. Fire bowl and wood were also available, which we were allowed to use easily. You can walk to the swimming spot on the lake in about 2 minutes. Overall a wonderful stay that is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. The communication with Scarlett and Robert was also straightforward and answers to questions were always quick. We will certainly come back again!

Hans' place was lovely and perfect for a peaceful New Year (no fireworks to be heard close enough to disturb our night). The house is cozy and has everything you need; the kitchen and utensils are the best I have encountered in all Airbnbs I have stayed in. The garden is big and the view of the lake is wonderful. One can spend a long time watching the birds in the lake. One point to notice from the garden in case you visit with dogs is that there is no fence between the neighbor's house and this one. The surroundings are also stunning. We loved walking to the archeological sites and exploring the nature around us, etc. We would recommend this place to anyone who likes to stay close to nature and enjoy a more quiet vacation.

We had a very nice weekend with our daughter in this very cozy accommodation :-) There's nothing missing. It is very well located to make excursions to Eutin or Malente or simply to unwind down at the lake. There is also a small playground in the vacation home settlement. Worth a trip!

We (3 families) had a great vacation together. Whether on the water, comfortably by the campfire, eating together at the table or playing board games. It was great vacation in beautiful scenery that invites you to stroll. Almost everything was available in the apartments. Thank you 🙂

We had a really nice Christmas in this spacious, sparkling clean and fully equipped apartment of Jürgen and Dorothea. The two are great and very friendly hosts. Everything was perfectly organized. And the view of the lake is of course just beautiful. An unrestricted recommendation! And if I need a vacation apartment in Ratzeburg again, I will definitely check whether the listing is still available for booking.

A very nice reception from Birgit in her beautifully furnished apartment, which is located in a quiet side street with magnificent views of the large pretty garden. We were even allowed to take the canoe on the Schwentine. Beautiful! Birgit and Markus are very friendly, affectionate people who are happy to help you. We can only recommend the apartment and would love to come back.

Apartment is beautiful, well appointed and also great for more people or families. Due to the location in the backyard, it is very quiet. Parking is easy to find, even though the streets are quite narrow. Kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom is very nice with lots of space. The additional guest toilet is great! We felt very comfortable!🫶

The place is really great, quietly located right on the lake and very modern. Perfect for us as a family and everything very clean. Communication was very easy and problems were responded to quickly and helpfully.

The apartment is very nicely decorated. You feel right at home and it's super cozy. The lake view is fantastic. For me, anyone could start tomorrow with a relaxing breakfast and this view. The apartment was also super clean and the quite morbid charm of the house was immediately forgotten in the apartment. There's a lot of inspiration from books and flyers with activities, hiking and biking trails in case you don't know how to design the day. Location is perfect. A lot is in the immediate vicinity, such as boat rentals, train station, outdoor swimming pool, wildlife park and hiking trails. Due to the good train connection, you can also quickly reach other places such as Plön. The contact with Annette was also great.

We were very warmly welcomed in the apartment of Michaela and Björn and immediately felt very comfortable and at home ☺️ the apartment is very well maintained and nicely decorated, the view of the lake and nature very idyllic. The surroundings are quiet and invite you to walk and relax - there are beautiful destinations in the area that can be reached quickly by car or bike. By bus you can also travel to Schwartau or Lübeck. All in all highly recommended, we will be happy to come back 🤗
