Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The 98 sqm 3-room apartment with balcony is located on the raised ground floor of a Gründerzeithaus in a central old town location. The 3.70-m (12.13-ft) high rooms are decorated with stucco, and the spacious bedroom has two beds (each 125 x 220 cm / 4.1 x 8.9 ft), while the smaller bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm / 5.6 x 7.2 ft) and a work area with a desk. Cozy gatherings can be celebrated in the living room or the spacious eat-in kitchen. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Our 1890 holiday farm has been lovingly renovated with sustainable materials such as clay plaster and paint. This 50 m² apartment on the upper floor is equipped with a fireplace and offers a magnificent view of the natural garden. Our large garden with many fruit trees is ideal for nature-loving families, as well as for those seeking peace and quiet. Hamburg, Lübeck or Schwerin are easily accessible for a day trip. The Schaalsee region offers a variety of cycling and hiking trails.

The house is functionally and modernly furnished. A large sofa in the living area can be used as an additional sleeping space. Large built-in closets in the bedroom offer plenty of storage space. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an XL fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a cooking/baking combination as well as everything you need for cooking and baking. Coffee maker, kettle and microwave are also available. In the beautiful large garden there is a private seating area.

During your stay with us you will live in a lovingly restored, spacious construction trailer with terrace and garden area. It is also set up for long stays. In winter, it is heated with wood and briquettes and it quickly becomes cozy and warm. Running cold water is only available in the trailer during the frost-free period! Horses can be brought along, 1 hectare. coupling directly on the trailer. The bathroom area and sauna are 50 m from the main house.
