Family-friendly vacation rentals in Schwendau

Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

Hermann is a great host. The check was flexible and smooth, there was an instruction for whirl pool and sauna. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything your heart desires. Hermann is always available and responds quickly. It was a very great vacation!

It was a really nice and relaxing stay. We took a trip to the three squares and were nice hiking nearby. The furnishings of the apartment were fantastic and you felt right at home. Unfortunately, the swimming pool, which was mentioned in the advertisement, is no longer included in the offer, is very unfortunate. The place itself is also nice for families. There is a large garden. We will be back!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very well-equipped, spacious, and clean. It took us just 4 minutes to walk to the ski bus stop even in ski boots. The Klausberg ski area is only two ski bus stops away (about 5 minutes). The wellness area, where you can use the sauna and hot tub, is very nice, and we used it almost every day. We would love to come back here again, not only in winter. The location is perfect for hiking and cycling as well.

We stayed in the original rock for two weeks with two adults, two children and dog and were super satisfied. The property complies with the descriptions and has everything you need. Especially the natural pool and jacuzzi were used every day bonus. The location is great. Lake Achen is close by and also various hiking areas, such as the Karwendel mountains are within easy reach. We would fully recommend the original rock.

A very cosy place on two levels with lovely views and very well equipped with everything you might need during an apartment stay. I felt very much at home. The very friendly owners live in the same property so communication is easy. The place is a great starting point for lots of beautiful walks around the Schliersee area and beyond.

We had a wonderful girls weekend in this fantastic chalet! The house not only offers generous space, but is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail. You immediately notice that everything has been thought of here – be it in the well-equipped kitchen, the cozy bedrooms or the stylish bathrooms. A very special highlight was the bathtub. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back! Thanks again to Steffi for the uncomplicated and great communication ☺️

Wonderful accommodation within walking distance of the ski bus stop. Madlen was very helpful and always easy to reach.

We were there as a family with another family. The stay was overall very nice. The chalet is quite high up, so the view of the valley was fantastic. The sauna invites you to relax, which we also used. However, it was unfortunate that the children were not allowed in here. It was also great that you can get directly on a (black) slope for winter sports after about a 5-minute walk. If you reach the end of the slopes, you can then hop on the ski bus and drive to the nearest ski resort after a short walk. Otherwise, the place was clean and exactly as described in the listing. We had a wonderful few days at Theresia‘s place. The location with the surrounding mountains is special, it was peaceful and tranquil. The bedrooms are cozy and the kitchen is fully equipped. We loved spending time on the terrace in the sun. Theresia is a lovely host and we had the time-out we wished for!

The house is very nice, equipped with everything, it feels like home.

Beautifully located apartment, easy to find. Very central for skiing (8 min by car mayrhofen) Large rooms, all with sink and mirror. Large balconies. Overall, it was a wonderful fit for 9 people. Ski depot was included in the basement However, you should discuss exactly how many people are coming there and are officially registered. This has led to additional costs.

Everything worked out great. Beautiful cottage. Just outside Maurach. But everything was very easy to reach on foot (restaurants, cable car, ski slope, bus connection...). House was very well equipped overall. Everything was available. Cozy bedrooms and living area.

Martin has thought of everything & is on-site most of the time. Our apartment was immaculate & spacious - perfect for our family ski holiday of 7 adults. 3bathrooms & 3bedrooms - one was made up with a spare bed for single traveller. So convenient for shops, restaurants & Penken gondola. Table converting to pool table got a workout most nights, as did the Wii! Fabulous main bathroom with huge bathtub, shower & sauna. Well stocked kitchen with pod machine & coffee maker - we cooked almost every night & morning. Kept our drinks on the deck - same temperature as the fridge!!! Apartment is remarkably peaceful & quiet day & night. Laundry downstairs only has one washing machine & one dryer but I used it during the day with no waiting. Not ski-in, ski-out but there is a ski/drying room downstairs, then a lift to each floor. Highly recommend Martin's 'Apart Central' ... & he's a lovely guy to boot!!! Makes a fabulous gin/schnapps on-site too!! Thank you Martin, we'll be back!!

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) without counting the additional activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's playroom, ping pong table). In addition, it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth the trip and especially since Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

This is a really wonderful place to stay - we'd highly recommend it. The chalet is beautiful, yet really comfortable and homely. Arrangements with Sophie from Belvilla and with Andrea at the accommodation were superb. Fantastic area to explore. Hopefully we'll be back. Thank you.

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

These are wonderful apartments on the lake, very quiet and peaceful, the pool and sauna are a huge plus. The view from the terrace is gorgeous. The photos do not convey the size of the apartment, it is really larger. The wonderful hostess Sarah took care of our comfort and coziness, everything was there, warm and wonderful. Thanks to Sarah for the warm welcome, we wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We had a wonderful vacation at Gunther's! What a fantastic host. Friendly, funny and he had good tips for trips. The apartment 3 is very large, clean and fully equipped. Wonderful to yourself but all the facilities of the hotel: restaurant, swimming pool and sauna. Daily breakfast on our private terrace! Due to its location, we were able to plan trips to the Zillertal Arena, but also in the direction of Zell am See. Repeated! Thanks!

We were happy with everything. There were four of us staying for 5 days. In the beginning, we honestly found the sinks and showers in the bedrooms take some getting used to, but after a short time turned out to be sinful and useful. The kitchen had everything you need, also a nice balcony and everything was also clean. The location of the accommodation is also great, we drove 3 days to 3 different ski resorts. Martina was always helpful and accommodating. We recommend the place

Nice little apartment. There were four of us. Two adults and two kids and that went well for the days. Small disadvantage: the pool was not always open and the sauna was not on. You probably should have signed up. Beautiful surroundings.
