Apartment vacation rentals in Schwendau

We had a wonderful week with the best weather for the time. The apartment is very spacious, bright and well equipped. A beautiful large kitchen with large fridge, large shower and very nice terrace with the best views. Everything very modern and new. We personally did not get along so well with the mattresses, but that is individually different. The location was super quiet and therefore very relaxing. The place is very cozy with supermarket and bakery. We highly recommend!

We booked the duplex version so you have two apartments in one. Great to have two balconies, two bathrooms, two bedrooms and two living rooms. Everything you need to live as a 5 people family. Several busses into the city right outside the house. Loads of playgrounds and a public "pool" (artificial lake" not even 10 minutes to walk. Would stay again even though air bnbs in Innsbruck are a bit over the top pricewise.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was even better than we expected — so much more spacious, incredibly quiet, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed (and even more!). Every little detail made it feel like a real home away from home. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay!

We were completely satisfied with our accommodation. The location at the edge of the village was great, right across the street a good restaurant and hiking trails up to the mountain. In addition, the room was nice and modernly furnished and the in-house wellness area was inviting and cozy.

Christine was a helpful and friendly guest. The apartment was clean and looked just like the pictures. We loved our stay.

Everything was awesome. It has a great location and a fantastic view, Stefen was beneficial. We enjoyed. The only thing that we didn't expect was that the barbeque in the photo wasn't usable during winter. We prepared a lot of meat for several meals, but we had to cook them in the kitchen and it was hard. In the end, we enjoyed it we hopefully we'll come to see here in summer.

Great host, perfect location!!

Great location to go skiing with larger groups. There's no official bus stop, but the ski bus still stops right in front of the house. Annemarie is always responsive and proactive. The bread service was perfect. Would definitely visit again!

We had a very good stay in Kirchberg in Tyrol. The apartment is large, modernly furnished and was very clean. We liked the flexible self-check-in and good accessibility of the host. Clear recommendation 👍

We felt super comfortable. Top amenities😍😍😍! The outdoor pool and the wellness area were the icing on the cake. There was nothing missing. Hermann is a great host. The check was flexible and smooth, there was an instruction for whirl pool and sauna. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. There is everything your heart desires. Hermann is always available and responds quickly. It was a very great vacation!

Very nice modern apartment. Clean and cozy. Great surroundings, lots of opportunities to discover or do something. Just relax or enjoy the tranquility. Quick response. Opportunities to charge the electric vehicle. Very positive.

This place is one of our top 3. A real oasis! The decor is modern and very clean; it has everything you need and nothing there that unnecessarily dusts. The highlight is of course the hot tub on the terrace with the great view of the mountains. Great for our two dogs that the terrace is completely fenced and unseen. We will definitely be back.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

Mario’s place was an excellent base for skiing and exploring in Innsbruck. Comfy bed and couch and great bathroom!

The apartment was perfect for us, a group of 4. The short walk to the bus stop made getting to and from the slopes for skiing nice and easy, and the sauna which we had access too was perfect for the evenings once we arrived back to the flat. When we arrived the flat was clean and exactly what was expected. All in all it was perfect for what we wanted and we will hopefully be back at some point in the future.
