In the warm season, you can make yourself comfortable on the large terrace (for your use only) with a glass of wine.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Private access to the canal with small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/sup are available on request.

The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. The apartment (58 m²) is centrally located and is on the 3rd floor of a listed house. It consists of a bedroom, a separate living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A small roof terrace is accessible to athletic guests via the bathroom window. The apartment is individually, stylishly and functionally furnished. Bikes can be stored if needed. Naumburg Cathedral and the market square are about 5 minutes' walk away.

The unusual apartment in industrial design is ideal for a trip to Leipzig due to its central but still quiet location. Your day starts relaxed with an extensive breakfast on the 3m wide french balcony. Then you get to the S-Bahn station 300 m away and explore Leipzig during the day. In the evening you cook something delicious or go to the nearby "Karli" and end the evening in the hot tub.
