Liebe Gäste unsere Wohnung liegt so zentral, dass ihr von der Autobahn A14 in 5 min bei uns vor Ort sein könnt. Der Flughafen ist in 10 min zu erreichen und die Leipziger Messe auch. Die schöne Stadt Leipzig (Hauptbahnhof) kann euch mit dem Auto über die A14 in 20 min. begrüßen. Den Leipziger Zoo und die Redbull Arena sowie das „Völki“ sind ca. 10 min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Unser Wohnung ist für Kurz- und Langzeitbuchungen ausgestattet. 2 km entfernt liegt die Seenlandschaft zum relaxen.

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

In the middle of the currently most popular district of Leipzig (Plagwitz) and yet quietly located in the courtyard. Everything carefully and lovingly renovated with historic details in a former workshop building. Stylishly and charmingly furnished, comfortable and spacious, with balcony. A contact person is available at all times. Long-term bookings are also possible, prices by appointment.

Leutzsch Apartment

The apartment is situated in Leutzsch in the west of Leipzig. It’s a 10 min car journey to the inner city or 15 mins on the tram. There is a tram stop directly outside the building. It’s only a couple of minutes walk to the S Bahn station with a really quick connection to the Hauptbahnhof. We speak German and English. We are flexible with check in and out times and are available 24 hours during your stay. There is free parking directly outside the apartment.

The 38 square meters include a living room/kitchen, an internal bathroom and a bedroom. The apartment is quiet and bright and can accommodate up to 3 people with a 1.40 m wide bed and a large couch. Within walking distance are a grocery store, kebab shop, pharmacies and doctors, and Karl-Heine-Straße can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Well connected, you can get to the other districts of Leipzig by train and bus.
