Great location! And the space is exactly the same as the photos. The common areas too! Also, the hostess was great, responded to all my messages cordially and quickly. I had no problem with this location.

This was my second stay on site and again, it was wonderful! The host Willians is extremely attentive, cleared all our doubts and supported us with tips about the region. The apartment is impeccable, comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed to cook. The location is great, close to shopping malls, bakeries and snack bars. The condominium is amazing, it looks like a resort: it has a domestic market, wonderful pool, gym, game room, RFC and plenty of green space. The security is impeccable, with 24-hour concierge, facial control and a two-door system for entry, which has given us a lot of confidence. In addition, employees are polite and always attentive to everyone's well-being. Accommodates 4 people with great comfort. Whenever I think of going to São Paulo or region, I already know where I want to be, in this amazing place. Highly recommend, 1000 note!

Everything is worth it! More than perfect view, comfortable room with delicious bed, everything clean, excellent service, amazing location. I would definitely come back. Some details can improve: the shower leaks water into the bathroom making everything wet, we decided to ask for more floor towels. And the room is still clear in the morning even with the curtains closed.

Excellent choice! The apartment is cozy, clean and well located in the heart of Vila Madalena. The neighborhood is vibrant and full of options for bars, restaurants and shops. The stay was perfect for exploring São Paulo. I recommend it!

Super recommend, would stay again. Limpo, easy access to enter the very friendly gatekeepers. Mini market in front. Very close to the Estadão cafeteria also from a street full of restaurants including the well-known Famiglia Macini Tratoria all this very close by.

Great apartment, I loved my stay there!! Small but the space is well optimized, the appliances work well and I had no problems with the internet. The condominium is also very cool and all the spaces work well, I liked the study room, very good to work there. For Elvis, they were super attentive and whenever necessary responded quickly.
