Extremely comfortable, clean and beautiful house!!! I felt like I was somewhere else, but everything was organized, there was coffee and water. I want to give a special thank you to MARINEIDE, who welcomed us there, it was wonderful to have been taken care of by her, super attentive, friendly and helpful. Bernardo, our super attentive host, also gave us great tips.

We had a great stay, very nice little house, close to the main square, with a grocery store next door and easy access to the beaches. The inner garden is beautiful, the kitchen is well-equipped, the mattress is excellent and the mosquito net is great. Second time we've stayed at Bio's accommodation and we recommend it!

Great place to rest, a magnificent view, an extremely cozy ranch, well-appointed house with several utensils, it was great days of leisure and rest... the suitcases are already packed for the next time. lol

Amilcar's house is a paradise in the mountains of the Itacaré coast. It is close to São José beach, in a private and safe condominium. You can also walk or drive to Prainha. The interior of the house is a whim and unparalleled comfort, the kitchen is complete, the bedding is of the highest quality, the air conditioners work perfectly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff Kaka and Neia are super attentive, available and polite. Any small problem or extra need we had was quickly addressed by the team. It was a very good stay, we were very satisfied with the experience! Amilcar is quick to respond via chat, and made great recommendations for a driver and cook. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and we will come back more often if there is an opportunity!

The Studio is fantastic! All very tasteful. A view you'll never forget. Very comfortable bed, spacious, bed and bath linens of very good taste and quality. Perfect black-out curtains. We even lost track of time. All new, super modern building, easy access, on the beach. You can do a lot of things on foot without any hassle. In the building there is a Café/Bistro with a very varied menu for all meals. Everything is very practical. The environment is exactly the same as the images. I definitely recommend it and I'll be back!

See, in the end, the only drawback about the Residential. Excellent apartment: spacious, with good bathrooms, large bedroom and bed, with the necessary utensils for preparing breakfast and small (or large) meals. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor area, with a large and beautiful swimming pool. Close to the beach, 200 m, 3-5 min walk. Cambuí supermarket, excellent, with parking spaces always available, 1.4 km away. Here, the only drawback: drinking water has no color, taste, or odor; well, the water from the Residential area, from the well, is ferrous: it has the color, taste, and odor of rust.

The apartment is very nice and is located in a quiet neighborhood, which provided a pleasant and hassle-free stay. However, some important points were lacking, especially in the kitchen and bedrooms. The sandwich maker, for example, is in very poor condition, I tried to use it and the sandwich stuck completely, it was very difficult to clean, it is in very poor condition and I do not recommend using it. I also used containers that were broken and soiled the table, and the biggest problem was the insufficient amount of bed and bath linens: there was only one small sheet per double bed and only two towels available for the entire apartment. These details had a slight impact on the overall experience.

Second time staying in the apartment. Quality utensils and the site is very cozy. The suggestion I give is to add a filter to the faucet of the sink, mainly because we live the experience of not being able to buy water because they did not deliver that holiday. Alessandra is wonderful, my 1 and a half year old daughter adored her. We will definitely return again to enjoy Barra da Window beach. Visit the site without fear of being happy.

The apartment is very cozy and faces the sea!!! City has exceeded all expectations!! Very well-kept condominium and very attentive receptionists, they even gave us coconuts straight from the tree!
