On the ground floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen-living room, bathroom and single room with 2 beds. On the upper floor, a large suite with a queen-size bed + single bed, closet, air-conditioning and a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Forest. A bright and super ventilated environment, with a wooded backyard and lawn, and an outdoor shower. It accommodates up to 5 people. It has TV and Wi-Fi.

Next to Rua do Mucujê, where all Arraial's nightlife meets. The best restaurants and bars are less than 5 minutes away. This house can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 2 bathrooms, split air conditioning both floors, equipped kitchen, large refrigerator and LCD TV. *Breakfast available but not included in the daily rate.

Cozy little house in Itaúnas

The chalet is a good opportunity for those who want to experience the rustic lifestyle of the village of Itaúnas. The houses were built by my mother in 1997 to receive tourists visiting the village. In recent years, we have been renovating them to make them more cozy. The cottage is tiny, but it will have everything you need to spend a few days in the village. The house is located near the main square, just three blocks from it, near the river and the entrance to the Itaúnas State Park.

The practicality of being in the center with the tranquility and silence of nature is what defines this house. You walk 5 minutes on level ground (without any hills) and arrive at the main restaurants, markets, agencies and pharmacies. The neighborhood is very quiet and as the house faces a forest, we have a lot of birds here. Walk to "Ribeirão do Meio," one of Lençóis' main attractions.

The chalet is located in the Morro da Fumaça neighborhood overlook. With a delightful balcony overlooking the sea, it consists of an en-suite with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, air-conditioning, bed and bath linens and can accommodate up to 4 people. Each chalet has a complete individual mini kitchen equipped with a 2-burner cooktop stove, minibar, blender, sandwich maker, dining appliance, pots and other utensils. We have a beautiful garden, parking, Wi-Fi and a barbecue area.
