Apartment vacation rentals in São Francisco River

We stayed in the apartment for two months and there was everything we needed. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos. The location is great, next to Mercado Novo and Central, very convenient for strolling around the city!

the check in and checkout was super quiet. The host was thoughtful and very polite. The apê is great and the perfect location. I'm delighted, everything was excellent.

Your stay with the hosts was exceptional. Quick Checkin, accurate communication, very good accommodations. The apartment was very clean and organized. It is complete, from household utensils to wash/dryer. The neighborhood is peaceful. The building has its own garage. He had a truck, which took a bit of work to maneuver, but not impossible. Medium and small cars enter perfectly. I recommend and would be on-site again.

It was our second time renting this apartment and this time we stayed here for 4 months. Everything went very well. We love the strengths of the apt: it is wide, has a good service area, has 2 full bathrooms and the main one - it has enough work tables for 2 people who work from home.

Rogerio's apartment has very modern features at a very suitable price, the quality cushions, bed and sheets are especially appreciated, a matter that is rarely found in an Airbnb. Another point that I loved was the power of the shower, very strong. The pool is also very rich. I think price/quality is a safe bet.

Everything can be summed up with the legend of a painting in the apartment: "Meu Paraíso é onde estou" (My Paradise is where I am). Beautiful apartment in a dream location!! The best benefits of a 5-Star Resort... but without people!! And an impressive beach just a few meters away. A real paradise!! Impossible not to come back!!!

Our stay at Wagner's apartment in Aracaju was excellent. The place was exactly as described in the listing: clean, well organized and very comfortable. Communication was smooth and done entirely through the app, whenever necessary. The location also helped a lot, with easy access to the main points of the city. I recommend the accommodation and, if we return to Aracaju, we would certainly consider staying there again!

Excellent site. Building with 24h concierge and covered vacancy. Cover in a quiet building and without noise, facing the sea. Pretty airy due to the large doors of the balcony. Air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom. Outdoor area with small bathtub that was always in great temperature water. The kitchen is complete and we don't miss anything. Right on the waterfront, there were 2 baianas with acarajé and abará, as well as beach service kiosk. Very good location, allowing rapid displacement to both the center and the other beaches.

Flawless apartment and no unpleasant surprises. All very well cleaned and preserved. I didn't miss or feel uncomfortable about anything! Parking for 2 cars with support in the transport between garage/apt with excellent electric carts. Large condominium with private access to the beach. Very good and I intend to return! Host always attentive and flexible.

Second time staying there ! The location is great , close to the Ronchi brewery, very close to the Lizard's route, I loved it too! It has super supermarket nearby ! The place is pleasant, has a swimming pool, game room, cinema and Jacuzzi at the hotel ! I really enjoyed it!
