A quiet and cozy atmosphere for those who want to have contact with nature, with the sea, the river. Township woke up to the sound of the birds, and was walking to the beach for 10 minutes very quickly. I loved the stay!!!!

They were very receptive and communicative, they made me feel very comfortable. Great location, very close to the places I visited. Very nice atmosphere. I loved it and recommend it! Affordable price.

Perfect stay! I stayed in a single room during the carnival. The place is secure, comfortable and well located. Leo, was a sweetheart, very polite and helpful. I'll be back more often! Super recommend!

We had a great experience at the accommodation! We went for the Carnival period and the easy access to the subway, transportation apps and the dining options in the neighborhood helped a lot. The accommodation itself is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Clean, organized, cozy environment and a good outdoor area. It's an active nightlife neighborhood, so it's good to keep that in mind. Leo was extremely attentive and communicative. He helped from the time of booking until departure. This Airbnb is on the list of accommodations we would return to.

Quiet stay and accommodations were at the cost. The space with freedom for the guest to use the kitchen and prepare their food. The only obstacle I had was the WiFi not having a very stable signal in my room. The site and the surroundings will look safe and have a nearby grocery store to buy some groceries. I was able to check in and out with no problem. I recommend it.

The Residencial is one long narrow stone corridor with rooms on one side. There’s no direct sunlight in rooms and bed is hard. There’s also a big functioning kitchen and social/dining area. I didn’t like the sign saying unless we kept the kitchen tidy we faced a fine. This was unnecessary. Cleaning lady was really nice and super helpful. Everything else great and communication with Gabriel good although I never met him. Recommended.

It was all perfect and according to the agreement. Leonardo always responded promptly and the accommodations are great. The neighborhood is very tasty for those who like barzinhos and still want a little more tranquility.

Amazing stay, comfortable and considerate host

Close to the most famous tourist spot in Aracaju, close to everything and the Hostel is very stylish and comfortable, I loved the stay and hope to return one day! The hosts were very proactive, despite not seeing them, the instructions given and the convenience of modern access with passwords left no doubt about anything.

Great stay: pleasant place, quiet louge and with a study table that allowed me to study in addition to everything air-conditioned. The complete, organized and clean kitchen. Super Privileged location. It would go back a thousand times.
