The stay was excellent. The location is simply privileged — close to the beach, paradisiac, and a landscape that impresses. The kind of place that invites you to disconnect from the fast pace and enjoy the best of nature. The hostel structure is well thought out, functional and comfortable. Everything was clean, organized and with a pleasant climate. The communal spaces are well distributed and the atmosphere is peaceful, ideal for those who want to rest and enjoy a lot. The host was a strength of the experience: very friendly, helpful and always available to help, without being invasive. Passes security and really cares about the quality of the stay. Overall, it was a very good experience. I would definitely return and recommend it especially for those who seek contact with nature without giving up comfort and good hospitality.

My husband and I stayed in Jen’s place for 11 days and we would’ve happily stayed for a month! The location is perfect - right on the quadrado but in a tiny community in a green oasis with a beautiful shared pool. The house was spotless, lovely and comfortable. (I found the house to be slightly larger than what the photos indicated.) What stood out, in addition to the location, was the quality of the support. Jen was easy to communicate with, but once we arrived, we were pampered by Ale for concierge services and Zilda for our house cleaning and breakfast. I cannot emphasize how lovely Zilda was - she arrived every morning with a great big smile and made a spectacular breakfast and looked after the house all with good cheer. She did not speak English, but regardless, she was easy to communicate with. Fabulous spot!

Very nice, spacious and comfortable house! Great and safe residential neighborhood, it is not so commercial, but we were already aware and brought things for daily food. The host was very helpful, answering questions and demands quickly by cell phone. For those who are not from Belo Horizonte and do not know, a valid tip is: Drogaria Araújo, near the house, is actually a mini market, easy to find products for breakfast or some necessary item that you have forgotten.

We had an amazing experience at Mr. Léo, and if you're in doubt about booking the house, you don't even need to read this whole review… YOU CAN TRUST and BOOK. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great joy and exceptional hospitality. Mr. Léo surprised us with chocolates, cold beer and even charcoal at the barbecue, which gave us a sense of welcome and care on our arrival. The house is much larger than the photos of the listing show, it was extremely clean and cozy. The location is perfect as it is very close to the main beach of Taipu de Fora and its natural pools which made our days on the beach even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was to have access to a swimming pool that catches the sun all day, leaving the water warm and pleasant. It was simply relaxing to enter the pool after a day of beach. Without a doubt, we will be staying with Mr. Léo and we recommend to everyone looking for a comfortable and cozy stay!

Cozy house, just steps from the beach, with everything necessary for your days in Morro. For those who want to escape the hustle of the village and the crowded beaches. Beach in front of the practically private house. Super attentive hosts. We spent wonderful days, I highly recommend!

I had an excellent two-month stay at Luiza's place, from December 2024 to February 2025. The home is very cozy with everything I needed for a long-term stay, including a full kitchen and laundry area. Santa Tereza is a fantastic neighbourhood with lots to do. This home is very special because you're so close to lots of great places, but you don't get too much noise as it's located on a very calm street. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning to be in Belo Horizonte!

Rosileide is a great host, very responsive and kind! Her place is super lovely and clean and much more spacious than it looked on the pictures :) the surroundings are quiet with a cute little square in front of the house, perfect for our two dogs!

Super recommend, the apartment is extremely clean and organized, everything new, everything was very well thought for the guest to have a comfort and practicality, we feel as if we were in our house, the rooms are very spacious and airy. We checked in with Angela, which is a sympathy , I had to clarify some questions with Mr Edson and he was very attentive. I have been to Porto Seguro other times and there was the best place, the location is great for the beach and for the shops of the region

This is the second time we've stayed at Vila Real and it was certainly one of the reasons we wanted to return in less than 8 months. The apartments are exactly as described in the listing, they are comfortable and optimized. This time we stayed a week and the apartment served us very well, meeting all our needs. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils, the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is spacious, the internet works well, and the air-conditioning serves the entire space. As for the location, it is a super quiet and safe residential neighborhood, at the top of the city, which is very conducive to rest. The doors and windows also block out any existing noise. We recommend that guests arrive by car for a more comfortable experience. Itacaré has been one of our favorite cities for some time, and with Vila Real we were even more delighted and highly recommend the accommodation. The hosts are always helpful and communication was very efficient. We'll be back soon!

The flat accommodates two people well, has essential utensils, is easy access, the building is well structured, gentle staff, quiet to sleep, without external discomfort, comfortable bed and blackout curtain helped a lot too! Excellent location! We walked to Farol da Barra beach and Porto da Barra beach. Shopping Barra is a few meters from Flat as well. It has several hortifrutis, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacies near the site. Great cost benefit! The Host is super nice and I request! We would definitely return at other times!

Location: At the beginning of Santa Cruz de Cabrália, near the highway and also the indigenous "feirinha" (landmark of the first mass in Brazil). Residencial: has a 24-hour gatehouse, always attentive to movement (arrival and departure), very good swimming pool (large and clean). Zeladoria district keeps the place clean and cozy (mowed grass and lighting). Apartment: we went to family (2 adults, 2 teenagers (16 and 14 years old) and one child of 3 years old. Comfortable beds, clean bed and bath linen. Full kitchen and there was also iron iron (it helped us a lot). SMARTV in the living room and air-conditioner in the bedroom and living room. Host: always requests, when we arrive I send a welcome message. When we need to check out after the stipulated period, it answered promptly, as it would not have a new location and available to us or the late departure.

We came in a family and rented two units, the apt that my in-laws stayed, was impeccable! All brand new and very clean. In mine had some maintenance details but nothing serious. O Host attentive and responsive. We take advantage of the amenities offered by the condominium. We would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Very good, large, airy, super-equipped apartment (coffee maker, toaster, blender, micro waves, pots, vacuum cleaner...has everything), with everything working well and very clean. It is within the same condominium of Ibero, super safe and well located (tip, rental car to have more autonomy and get to know the region better... it has many wonderful nearby beaches that are well worth exploring. But there is also the beach of the condominium that you can walk for those who just want to stay right there...the beach tb is beautiful). Great condo with pool and even ice machine. Hosts were super attentive and responded quickly. Condominium staff also very friendly and helpful. In short, great option, we love and we would definitely come back!
