The home is just as described. Very clean and tidy. We felt very comfortable. The place is quiet and the balcony invites you to relax and offers privacy. We arrived with the backpack and had no problems. The communication with Margarida and Cora was straightforward, friendly and respectful. They were always reachable and took good care of our needs. Cora lives behind the house and gave us a warm welcome and tips. Thank you so much for having us. We can only recommend it:)

Simply delighted! Extremely cozy and beautiful apartment. The location is perfect for those arriving and departing the city by bus, as it takes about 2 minutes on foot to reach the apartment. And Renan was extremely kind and helpful, always attentive and answering all questions quickly and clearly. I'll be back soon in Itabira and I'll always stay in this apartment.

Thiago is a VERY COOL guy, the house is simple, but very cozy and well equipped. The house does not have Internet, but it has a TV with a lot of channels, if I need to stay in the region again, it will be my first option. Well located and quiet in the neighborhood. Thiago is an excellent host.

We spent incredible days in this house that super served our family (me, my wife, and the children of 4 and 8 years). Kitchen had all the utensils. Air conditioning works super well. The location is great. We're definitely thinking about coming back!

Very good stay. The location of the house is great. It is about 10 minutes from the center of Piranhas by car. An extremely clean house. Impeccable towels and bedding for cleaning purposes. Dona Rosa is very friendly and tb gives a lot of hints of nearby locations, as well as indicating tours. The house is large and easily accommodates 8 people. We went in a group of 6, and we paid the difference in value on time (we had reserved for 4 people, as 2 decided to go at the last minute). Although the listing says that it accommodates 10 people, in the reservation we had only really informed that it would be 4. We treat the payment directly with the host at the time. The air apparatus works perfectly (and thank God, because the city is very hot)! Quietly fits two cars in the garage. The house is secure, has bars, padlocks and a camera near the entrance gate. The only point to improve: have more floor cloths and toilet papers in the dispensation. Super recommend this place!
