Vacation rentals with a home theater in Santa Rosa Island

We will definitely book this condo again! It was bright, cheery, CLEAN and well equipped! The location is as close to being on the beach as can be without being on the beach. We clocked it at an easy, lovely, peaceful 3 minutes! Our pool is fabulous! The property staff were friendly and helpful. The resort has so much to explore and enjoy. We always felt safe and anyone we encountered was so friendly!

We had the most wonderful week there! Everything was exactly as listed!!! The hosts were amazing and so responsive with any questions we had! Everythinb was so easy, family friendly resort, and we truly just had the best time! We cannot wait to go back again!! We are so grateful!!!!

We traveled here for our wedding with a total of 9 people. The wedding date changed last minute and Karuna was very flexible and helpful to help accommodate that. The property was very nice and the kids loved that the beach & pool were so accessible. The condo had all the necessary amenities. Wonderful place to stay!

We enjoyed this house so much! Beautiful home & backyard for hanging out. Great location and only about 2 blocks from a boat ramp if you are in town for fishing. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Tim was super helpful! We arrived way earlier than expected and he allowed us to enter the home early and even allowed us to re-enter after checkout when one of our friend’s left her backpack inside. Tim was a great communicator, the home was stunning and had a ton of things to help you enjoy your weekend like beach towels, an abundance of bathroom towels, kitchen utensils, games, movies, etc. If I ever visit Destin again, I look forward to seeing if Tim’s home is available.

Our family enjoyed our stay at the Coastal Corner! Conveniently located and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. The private beach was absolutely gorgeous. We can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was the epitome of a Florida family vacation! The house is beautiful, our family of four felt right at home. The outdoor shower is heavenly! During our stay there was a minor need to reach out to our host, Heather was responsive and offered a quick resolution. Everything was fantastic! We hope to return!

We had such a fantastic stay at Whitney’s beautiful home! It was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and in the most charming, quiet neighborhood—perfect for families. The outdoor patio was amazing, and watching movies with the projector at night was such a fun touch! The house had everything we needed for the beach—chairs, toys, towels, and more. Our kids loved riding the bikes to the pool every day, and we highly recommend renting a golf cart to get to the beach (about a half mile away). The white sand and clear blue water were stunning. Whitney was a truly wonderful host—so kind, quick to respond, and helpful throughout our stay. We’re so grateful and would love to return!

It was the perfect house with a perfect location for our family! Amanda and Chad did a great job communicating leading up to the trip and were quick to respond to any questions. The golf cart was awesome and allowed us to get to the beach, several restaurants, and to the pool daily. We loved this vacation!

Couldn’t have picked a better spot for a couples vacation. The rooms exceeded our expectations, and every couple had a nice comfortable stay. The bunk beds were also huge, which worked in our favor for a pairs room. When we first arrived it was super easy entry, and we were even welcomed with a variety of snacks and treats. Great location, not too far off from Flora-bama which was the bar for the week. Beach access was conveniently close as well. Patio was the spot to have some outdoor chit-chat and grub. Purple parrot was also a really good spot for drinks, was never crazy busy with live music and drinks that weren’t expensive. This bnb was very well stocked with trash bags, tide pods, dish washer tablets, towels, toilet paper, etc. Not to mention an air fryer which did us well for reheating leftovers or a quick meal before we went out. 11/10 experience, and amazing price for everything it has to offer. I’ve paid double for places with less than half of the things offered at this stay

Our family had a great stay! There was so much to do in the resort and was easy to get to with the golf cart. There were plenty of restaurants, walking/bike trails and easy access to the beach and pools. No complaints on the space, it had everything we could possibly need and my whole family was very comfortable.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Kami’s place for a quick weekend getaway and it was worth every penny. Kami gave clear instructions about the check in / check out process which made it a smooth deal. The place itself looks exactly like the pictures so no surprises. Having the pool and beach within walking distance is a plus and the location makes it a short drive to either downtown Destin or 30A. I also appreciated that Kami went out of her way to provide a rundown of the area and gave her recommendations on restaurants, shopping etc. Kami is a professional host and I would definitely book with her again.

Just as described. Building had all the perfect amenities. Unit size was great for two families with a total of three kiddos. Easy drive, door dash, or Instacart for anything you’d need. Added bonus was they had beach buckets/shovels so we didn’t have to by at the store.

This place surpassed my expectations! The hosts were absolutely amazing and the home was everything that I could have hoped for and more. Viewing the sunrise/sunset from the balcony was such a beautiful experience! Also, the walk to local eateries and the access to the beach was perfect. I highly recommend for anyone looking for the perfect place to stay on vacation!

The place was great! The view was perfect. The Oasis was a hit with the grand babies and the concert venue was a hit with the older kids! The Wharf has tons to keep everyone happy. Darlene’s place had it all and was the perfect stay for our entire group! We will book again!

Robert's place was very comfortable and clean. We felt right at home. Robert provided all of the essentials you could think of, puzzles, DVDs, magazines, etc. We would highly recommend his property to anyone wanting to stay in the Destin area.
