Ion and Christina are great. The have accommodated us on every way. Their home is cozy and family feels.

Great price and everything was very well taken care of. Felt comfortable with my entire family. The only suggestion I would have is that there were several windows without curtains. I came with my wife and two daughters and none of them were comfortable with uncovered windows in the bathrooms or by the laundry, even if it was just a little. I had to find something to cover up the windows. Once I did that we were good to go. Great place! Excellent price! Will return.

We booked a last minute visit to Pensacola to see our daughter and we were happy to find this place in such short notice. It’s a cute house and had everything we needed for a few days. They even had some beach gear for use too.

Great stay! My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had our dogs with us, the yard was perfect for them and the screened porch was fantastic as well. The house itself was spacious and clean.

We enjoyed our stay with our son and dog. Loved the private fenced in backyard where our dog could play without worries. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

This was my second time visiting, and as soon as I'm done writing this I'm booking my next visit! My pups and I have the best time here. Ken always responds immediately, and is so nice. Sandals and Friends is one of the most dog friendly places we've stayed, which is so important to me. The location is super convenient, and the neighborhood feels safe. Truly can't wait to go back.

Janine's home was perfect for us! Humans and pups all appreciated the lovely shaded backyard, spacious living space (2 separate living rooms!), and a great location for our needs. Will definitely hope to stay here again the next time we're in town.

We enjoyed our stay! The place is great for a family and lots to do near by. Walkable to downtown Pensacola and a short drive to the beach!

The host's communication was amazing! Timely feedback and some great local recommendations. The property was perfect for a couple and the amenities are simply amazing. The pool and hot tub were a great addition and the only issue I have was I wish I could stay longer. The bed is comfy and the small kitchen was perfect for the space. Keep in mind the bathroom is small but completely manageable if you communicate with your travel partner. Easy to find and easy to access. Persons with mobility issues may have some difficulties navigating the stone pavers and the multi-level backyard. The kitchen also has two steps down from the main level of the studio. Bottom line…we loved it and think you will too! Time to stop reading and book before you miss your chance. I will 100% book again when I am in the area.

We had our yearly family vacation here. The house was perfect for the three families to stretch out and the pups loved the outdoor fenced area. The pool was a hit for everyone. We arrived to several baskets of snacks and multiple boxes of sodas- very thoughtful and much appreciated. If I had any questions, Natalie was quick to respond. We totally enjoyed our stay and made wonderful memories. ❤️

Our stay at the Purple Sunset house was exactly what we expected from the photos and descriptions. It was walkable to the gulf beaches and conveniently had a pool just steps out the back door. Our family of four enjoyed the quiet, friendly neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dog. (as was the fenced in backyard) We made the most of our trip with several beach days, fishing pier walks, seafood meals, sunrises and sunsets. We even caught the blue angels practicing at Fort Pickens. Ric was awesome about offering us restaurant recommendations and checking in. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back!

When you first walk in, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness. She is very proactive with our reservations and letting us know that the place was ready for us as soon as it was available. She communicated to us as soon as the front door keypad was running low on batteries and offered to get it taken care of within 30 minutes. Wonderful place and an excellent host! Our second time and it will definitely be our go to stay!

Great space for our family of 10. Nice size pool and outdoor area. Very responsive and appreciative host. Quiet neighborhood and walking distance from 4 of our 5 baseball games. Would definitely stay here again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a wonderful time! The location was great! The sunset was beautiful from the top balcony. There were a few small fishing piers within walking distance. The beach was very close and easy to walk to. The pool was perfect size for relaxing in the evening. The host was very responsive and provided great info. We would stay here again!!

This has been the best experience on Airbnb. Demetrio was such a good host. I asked for a new pool skimmer and some more laundry detergent and they had it delivered so quickly to the Airbnb. The place was in a great location. Very clean! The outdoor area is amazing!! Will definitely planned another stay!

We enjoyed our two nights at Robin’s place! We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there as we were in town for a wedding but it was the perfect size for our family of 3 and very cozy.

The Townhouse was Lovely. Perfect condition. Very clean. Love that it wasn't over decorated. It was simple, clean and of good quality. Furniture, bedding, linens all were very nice. We felt very comfortable. The rules & instructions may seem like a lot but we appreciated the care given to keeping the home in pristine condition and hope others will do the same.

First time at Blue Mountain. We wanted to try something other than the crowded Rosemary area. Loved the more laid back vibe. The house was the perfect set up for 6 adults and 5 kids under 7. Pool area perfect for our family! Very kid friendly yet private. Walkable to everything. Public beach is crowded so plan for that. And the public beach closest to house does not have a ramp so prepare for that too. We were very pleased with everything and had a great time!

We really enjoyed our stay at the beach house. It was quiet and relaxing amd in a beautiful area. Marty was very responsive to our questions about the area. We will definitely return.

This property is a treasure! The large back yard and side yard had wonderful grass that made letting our mini doodle out in the morning and for playtime absolutely perfect! The porches were so relaxing. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. We had everything we needed and more! Such a cozy and comfortable cottage. Short walk to the beach access exactly as described. We would love to stay here again!

The host was super sweet and easy to communicate with. Quick to respond, Sarah and her staff were easy to reach. The home was set up nicely with calming music playing and well lit upon our arrival. The pictures of the home did no justice to how beautiful and spacious the house is in person. We had a party of nine and a dog, and there was plenty of space for us with everyone having room to spread out and not feel cramped. The community is gated and extremely quiet! The home had games we enjoyed, a well supplied kitchen and plenty of room on the porch and backyard to sit out and enjoy the peace. The golf cart made for a pleasant ride to the beach to take in the day and to watch the sunrises and sunsets. This was definitely one of the best Airbnb choices we’ve ever made! The entire family wants to do it again at this beautiful home! Great job Sarah, you definitely have a true gem in Destin!

Regina was a wonderful host and the home was just what we needed. We were in town for a volleyball tournament at OWA, which was about a 5 min drive. We asked Regina, if we could check in early due to some bad weather headed toward Foley and she was happy to help us out. I will totally book this property again next year when we return.
