Perfect Beach Getaway! We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The location was unbeatable—just minutes from the ocean with many amenities (tennis court, pickleball courts, heated pool). The house was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking, and an outdoor grill. Communication with the host/Brad was excellent; Brad was friendly and very responsive. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with easy beach access, this is the place to be.

This is our second time staying at Rachel’s Place. We travel to Milton to visit family and this place is absolutely perfect for one or two guests! Rachel is a great host and communicates well. We will continue to stay here whenever possible on future trips to Milton.

Great place to stay, super clean and comfortable. It’s in a great location, short drive to all Pensacola has to offer. Kitchen has everything you need. Plenty of space for parking. We really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back.

Dan’s place is clean, quiet and had everything anyone would need to enjoy staying in Fort Walton Beach. We would recommend his place because he thought of everything to make it a great experience. A 5 star host.!!

James’s place in Miramar Beach was absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable—having access to a private beach made all the difference. While the public beaches were packed, we enjoyed pristine sand and reserved chairs just for us. It felt like our own little paradise. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

By far the friendliest and most responsive host I've ever had the pleasure of booking with. The whole process was super easy and stress-free! Loved the condo, for the first time the place actually looked just like the pictures. VERY clean and impressed with the fully stocked kitchen. I loved it so much I extended my stay :)

We absolutely love staying at the Scott’s house. They were very attentive and when we needed help finding a beach they were so helpful with suggesting a kid friendly beach for my three-year-old. Everything looked exactly like the picture and felt exactly like home and their dog. Bella is the sweetest. The kids absolutely loved her. Please book to stay here!!!! We’ll come again.

Me & my girlfriend loved our stay here. Cindy was very kind, the apartment was very clean and well maintained. Plenty of space and a good drive to the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here. My favorite part was the binder of information and recommendations as well as the gift from Cynthia.

Here's a revised version of your review: Ed was an exceptional host! He was attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to answer all our questions and concerns. The unit was clean and had all the amenities we were promised. My partner and I appreciated the check-ins to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also perfect, with Narrare Beach just a 7-10 minute drive away. Overall, this was one of the cleanest and most convenient Airbnb experiences we've had!

Extremely clean rental with great, close beach access. Perfect for two adults. The only negative I would say is that the area is very noisy in the mornings...trash trucks, traffic, lawn maint. etc starts very early so plan for that if you are thinking of sleeping in at all. The location to the beach and being walkable to food and drinks is a definite plus though.

My friends, my boyfriend and I spent most of our vacation in the unit! It was perfect for all the nasty weather we had! Very peaceful, clean, and accessible! We were a hop and a skip from the pool. Definitely will be staying here again!

Magdalena's place was wonderful. We had stayed in this building before, but it was our first time at her condo. The corner unit is great- multiple balconies. Beach front property that is fairly quiet. We loved that the building had quiet hours. The entire place was spotless. There were 4 of us (mom, 2 girls, and grandmother) and we had plenty of space. Magdalena & Mark were very responsive and helpful. There is a lot to do for all ages in this area. We will definitely book again. Thank you!

Everything from check-in directions and surroundings to peace and privacy was perfect!!! The entire space was very clean like the pics and the balcony and location was better than pictures could describe. The family friendly village was an added bonus that made our trip wonderful.
