Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Santa Rosa Island

the house is beautiful and roomy and well stocked.our teenaged kids really loved the swimming pool.the house is in an ideal location only 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre beach. there are plenty of stores and grocery stores such as Publix nearby. our host James was very responsive and responded to our questions immediately.we would love to stay here again in near future.

We had a wonderful stay! Had a hiccup with the ac and they were super quick to get it resolved. House was amazing, location was great! Close to the beach and restaurants. All the beach gear was amazing and the bikes were used daily by our adult children. Lovely place and hosts!!!!

John was a wonderful host!!! I would definitely stay again. The house is very nice and has everything you need. The neighborhood is upscale and quiet!! All the neighbors were very friendly and spoke passing by on their boats as well as when we passed by on ours!! They even recommended places to fish and that was very helpful.

We had an amazing stay! The beach was super close and also the shopping area/ food areas are within 1 mile from property. Nice area for a family with little ones. We would recommend this property as Ben was always responsive to any questions we had..

Family of 4 plus one small pup all enjoyed a wonderful staycation with a beautiful pool, yard, house, and location. Beautiful space with lots of lights. Very clean, easy to location, host communicated very quick, and would be willing to stay again in the future. Had an awesome time here at the deep blue dive! Felt very comfortable and right at home. Very cozy, cute, theme was just right! Shay and host are extremely accommodating. They respond in a reasonable time! Definitely recommend this place. I will be returning and spreading the word. Also if you love to golf it is within minutes of a golf course! Last but not least they had everything available that you would need for the pool to the beach to even staying a chill night in! <3

For a woman who travels alone this was an absolute perfect beautiful home in a safe gated community.and location was by far heavenly felt like I had my own private beach! I will be back

The space had character in every corner, from vintage touches to unique art and furniture, and yet all the modern comforts were right there when we needed them. It was the kind of place that slows you down in the best way. Walking distance from the nightlife on Palafox, but far enough away to be away from crowds. If you’re looking for a stay that feels like a hidden gem, this is it!

Eileen was a great host, her instructions made the check in easy and finding the property easy. The place was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. Very nice location, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Would stay again!

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

We had a wonderful experience. The location was nice, it had a beautiful view of the beach, and it was clean. All of the little details, including the snacks and vinyl collection, were appreciated as well. Benton also let us check in a couple of hours early which was very convenient for us.

It was very clean and check in an out was super easy and Alma and Michael checked in multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any problems with anything. Overall great place to stay.

This is our second time staying at one of Gary’s properties and it did not disappoint. Beautiful interior, all the amenities that you would need and only a short drive to the beach. Perfect for vacation :)

Lisa's place was in a perfect location to explore Pensacola, a shorte walk to historic downtown and the waterfront. It was in a nice historic neighborhood, with easy, on-street parking. The apartment was in the second floor of a historic, Victorian home, with another Airbnb rental across the hall, accessed by a steep, narrow flight of stairs. The space was large, with a really comfortable bed. It's not a true 1-bedroom apartment; the bed is in the same room as the living area. It was quiet and peaceful and stress-free. We enjoyed our stay.

The booking was exactly like what the photos presented. Great host and even greater experience. My party of 16 were all able to find home in the booking with plenty of bedding, kitchen space, and functional amenities. The host provided plenty of recommendations, tips, and weather reports! There was a storm brewing near the end of our stay and Jane kept my party up-to-speed.

Very nice place, and plenty of room for our family on 7. Kacy was excellent host, very friendly and responsive.

Unit hard to find other than that it was Perfect

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!
