Very nice small apartment, clean and well-equipped, which allows you to visit Palermo on foot. To recommend!

Stefania’s place is wonderful. I loved the location, it is lively and central. Restaurants and bars/cafes everywhere. I was able to walk to all the sites or catch the bus on Via Roma. Supermarket is less than 5 minutes away, and a great flea market on Sundays. The terrace was a real delight, as was Stefania herself. I felt like I had a friend in town from the moment I got there. I have my cats with me, and she prepared the flat with litter box, scoop, and cat dishes. She also warned me that the WiFi was weak, but I didn’t think it was, I streamed and had video calls with no difficulty. I only wish I had come during the spring or summer to enjoy time on the terrace more, but for the winter it was very warm and cozy. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe in the building and in the neighbourhood. I would definitely stay here again.

Homey stay in Palermo! Innocenzo and his family made us feel right at home in their beautiful stay. They thought of everything — coffee, water bottles, and recommendations for where to visit. Beautiful balconies and great location to walk to nearby food markets and restaurants. We were a family of 9 adults and we were extremely comfortable. Good WiFi if you are a digital nomad. Would highly recommend!

Besides hospitality and flexibility of our host, we really enjoyed the place, decoration and size of the apartment. We really could feel neoclassicism at its best in this very well maintained place without suffering any technical need of 21st century (like AC, WiFi, washers,...). To make the story complete, owner also has a nice wine yard and we were invited to wine tasting. And not to forget that cosmetic supplies are also done by the same property - very nice set that you can find in 5* hotels.

Had a lovely stay in Capaci! Michaela and Dario were super helpful hosts. The place is large, two separate bedrooms and a large, comfy couch. Kitchen is very well stocked. Fantastic sunset views from the balcony. The beach is near, so is the train which makes it super convenient. We rented a car to explore other parts of the island, the parking spot came in handy. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

A lovely apartment in a lovely central area but with no noise. Top floor flat and stairs up were a challenge after a day out walking but not a problem. Communication was excellent as were the photos and description of the apartment. It was a shame the church view from the roof terrace was of scaffolding but this wasnt Antonino's fault!

We recommend Sandro’s place 200%! From the beautiful antique furnishings, to the calm outdoor spaces, to the useful equipment (bed and high chair) for our baby, to all of Sandro’s personal touches (such as fresh cannoli to enjoy upon arrival!), it could not have been a more comfortable stay. The apartment is outside the historic center of Palermo and the trip to the center is not easily walkable, but Sandro helped us with bus recommendations and even dropped us off in his car several times. We loved coming home to the peaceful environment he has created in his beautiful home, after full days in busy Palermo. We would visit again in a heartbeat! He is the most generous and hardworking Airbnb host I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Grazie mille, Sandro, we hope to see you someday in southern France!

Fantastic place for a trip to Palermo. Sitting outside looking over the beach was so lovely. Parking on the street in the evening was easy.

The experience at Gianluca's villa was simply unforgettable. Immersed in an oasis of tranquility, the villa offers unparalleled tranquility, ideal for those who want to get away from the daily hustle and bustle. The pool, perfectly cared for, is the real heart of the house: spending the days on the bathtub with a splendid view of the sea has been restorative. The view is breathtaking, with the sea stretching over the horizon, offering incredible shows especially at sunset. At night, the starry sky was the icing on the cake. The lack of light pollution made it possible to admire once celestial times punctuated by stars, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere. In short, this villa is perfect for those looking for an elegant and relaxing retreat, where the sea, nature and peace meet in perfect balance. Can't wait to go back!

Great location, kind caring & thoughtful host, the perfect experience

The host was very welcoming and friendly, communication without any problems, the place is tidy and you can feel at home, the only downside that it was a little noisy from the outside in the evenings, but the host has no control over it, otherwise great, good location

What an amazing place! Very beautifully designed, really an oasis in the hustle and bustle! Wonderful to recover after the hustle and bustle of the city. Because a 5-minute walk and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We felt very much at home and safe in the area and had a nice “host” to Matthias. Thank you Matthias : Hope to come again!

The flat was great and Elornira was a fantastic host - very helpful, friendly and communicated really well throughout. It was in a perfect location for exploring the city. So much was within walking distance - many of the main landmarks, an array of bars, markets, restaurants all a short walk. For day trips it was really easy to get to the train station or buses. The flat was really cute and cosy and really quiet considering the central location. A great base for exploring and a lovely place to chill for a shirt time before the next adventure. I would strongly recommend Eleonora as a host and the flat for exploring Palermo.

If you’re looking for a modern home, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a mansion by the sea with classic old Italian style and an unbeatable location, this is the place for you. Giovanni even hooked us up with a private chef to come to the house for one night of our trip. There’s a coffee shop, restaurant and pharmacy all within a block. This house is perfect for a large group and Giovanni has excellent communication. Thanks for hosting us Giovanni! We had a wonderful time!

Great accommodation, great starting point to explore the city and quiet at night despite central location. The roof terrace is a great highlight.

Francesca‘s apartment is wonderful. We felt right at home. The apartment is decorated with so many details. We loved just looking at all the books and trinkets throughout the apartment. The location was perfect. It was only a short walking distance from bars, restaurants and sights. At night it was very quiet. We had a wonderful stay and I would love to come back again.

We can really recommend Giuliana's very nice accommodation. It is a very lovely and amazingly beautifully decorated apartment that we enjoyed very much. Excellent location if you are looking for a central location within walking distance to many of Palermo's main attractions. Massimiliano met us to go to the apartment which is located within the main market, so require a walk through the market to get to it. It is advisable to have luggage with wheels to pull to the apartment. Apartment is located on the 3rd floor of his building (2nd from the top) with a small terrace looking straight out to the dome of the church in front. Our stay was over a weekend, so there was a bit of noise from the bar/restaurant located on the ground floor, but that tapered off around midnight and wouldn't be an issue during the summer if you had the windows closed with the air conditioning running. We were there in April so just left the windows open at night for fresh air. If you are looking for a place in the city, and want to see sites without needing a car, this is a great place.

Paolo is very kind, proactive and gives all his attention to have his guests happy. The flat is very well located, very close to the center but in a more quiet place. Nice view from the bedrooms. The flat is rather spacious and we could use Paolo's washing machine. All was perfectly clean. We will be happy to come back at Paolo's apartment!

Antonina is a great host. she was very helpful and understanding. The house is well organized. Perfect location in the City's heart. you can almost walk to any major place in 15-30 minutes. The house was clutter free and we'll organized when we arrived. it is perfect for 2 adults and a child. we stayed here for 6 days and found no water problems or other issues. only thing it misses is a nice window to the street and if you are a cleanliness freak then you may find small dust issues around. But nevertheless, life is not perfect always, you win something and you loose something; here you win a perfect location ;)
