This is one of the three flats in the building, located on the third and last floor with a splendid terrace overlooking the sea. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a fishing village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. Just a few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.
