Vacation rentals with beach access in Santa Flavia

A great location to explore the old town. Great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Also very near the harbour - we had a brilliant boat trip with Zyz Adventures. Would definitely recommend a trip out.

Everything was perfect, Salvatore is a perfect vote. Accessible, proactif and know perfectly his country, all advices from him was so good. His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. Thanks for everything Salvatore, for sur well come back to your villa.

We were completely happy with the place! The view from the terrace is simply stunning. The rooms and bathroom were clean, well equipped and very well maintained – as was the kitchen. Communication with Andrea went smoothly. Especially helpful: He organized a taxi for us from the airport and was always available. Andrea was very accommodating to us in everything and made the stay really pleasant. The apartment is conveniently located near the center of Mondello – we could easily walk to the beach. There are many great restaurants in the area, and Palermo is also easily accessible by bus. Our stay in Mondello was great – not least thanks to Andrea and his beautiful accommodation. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

The house is really nicely decorated. We found it very clean at our check-in. We especially liked the roof terrace overlooking the sunset over the sea and the mountains. The communication with Salvatore worked perfectly. You are welcome:)

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

Flippo E Anna’s place is very nice. She and her husband are super hosts and provide everything you need for an enjoyable stay. You can walk to the absolutely beautiful beach with fun restaurants/bars on the water in minutes. It is a really quick drive from Palermo airport too. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Our host contacted us immediately after our reservation was confirmed and made it easy for us to get home. When we got home, he welcomed us and explained in detail every part of the house and all the possibilities in the house. Paolo immediately returned to our message when we needed help, even making us very happy to bring us what we needed. The house was exactly as described and had a great atmosphere where you could sleep and wake up with the sound of the waves. It was very peaceful in terms of location. The accommodation is part of a beautiful house with a garden. They separated a part but with independent access and clearly delimited areas. At dawn, only blackbirds, turtle doves and wood pigeons can be heard. Breakfast in the garden is very nice. Cool rooms with very high ceilings. Excellent door and window closures. Kitchen with everything you'll need. It is easily parked at the gate. We felt right at home. Beach five or ten minutes away. Bus stop within 5 minutes. Thank you very much to Giada and her kind father.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. The house is perfect for enjoying Mondello beach, comfortable and complete with everything, including parking. Benedetto is an exceptional host, he also welcomed us with some very welcome surprises and allowed us flexible hours. Highly recommended :-)

The place was beautiful and more spacious than we had anticipated. The view from the sun deck is mesmerising. It’s a walkable distance from Mondello beach. Clotilde, the owner, was proactive with our check in and check out and provided helpful information on local amenities. Overall, I would recommend!

Not only is Termini Imerese a hidden gem, it's perfectly located between Palermo and Cefalù (which are easy accessible by train). And what a view, do i need to say more, stunning! The appartment is perfect to escape a busy life and to just slow down. Even staying here with our one-year old son was no problem at all. After he was asleep, you just relax on the balcony. Perfection, thank you so much for letting us stay here.

Exactly as described! Absolutely charming and definitely recommended. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. A place where I instinctively said to my husband on the way home, "Let's go home." That's how it felt. Sweet little stalls, a delightful little bakery just downstairs. A beach for swimming and really good restaurants. In addition, there is a great little museum in Aspra where the artist himself gives the tour and proudly presents his works from old scratch cards. We were traveling by car and the parking was unproblematic.

The airbnb was easy to find and access. The rooms were excellent - clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. 🙂

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. Santo was very warm and friendly. He gave us very good recommendations and received us right away to show us everything. The accommodation is in an ideal location between the terminal and downtown. A better location is impossible. I was also lucky to receive a very nice cultural gift from beautiful Palermo. I was able to take a book from the accommodation home that interested me as much as Italian culture. Santo's house is beautiful, everything is neat and comfortable. I recommend staying for several days and traveling by car wherever you want. I'd visit a thousand times more. Thank you, Santo and family!

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream!
