His home is perfect to be not so far from town but quiet as we wanted!! The view was so beautiful from our wake up , just open eyes from the bed and you see wonderful seaside view. My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Nicoletta's Airbnb. The apartment was comfortable and well-maintained, and the location was ideal for exploring the area, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and transport to Palermo. The rooftop terrace and sea views were a definite highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere after days of sightseeing. The space was bigger than it looked in the photos and there was a community feel in the common areas. Nicoletta and her team were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. When we had a mix-up with our transportation, they were very understanding and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of and that everything was resolved. This level of support made a big difference and allowed us to truly enjoy our vacation without any added stress. We highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a great stay with excellent hosts.

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a great week at Patrizia's place. Simple but practical, the train station is less than 10 min from the accommodation, so ideal for visiting Palermo or other cities! There is also a Despar and a pharmacy really close by, and if you are running out of ideas of places to eat/visit, there are small brochures and maps available in the living room. Patrizia and her husband regularly check in to make sure everything is okay, they take care of everything from booking to checkout! Thank you for this trip!

A super nice place to stay, just as described. Erika welcomed us in a super friendly way and was always available to us. The basic amenities such as water, milk and pasta were great, you immediately felt at home. Super clean, plenty of space and just a place to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Palermo area but still enjoy the tranquility and proximity to the sea. Thank you Erika for your amazing hospitality.

Roberto's home is situated in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood of Villagrazia di Carini and is 30 minutes away from Palermo downdown by car. So, perfect location without the big city hussle. The place is an actual house, very spacious one I might add and with a nice back garden filled with citrus, olive and palm trees among others. The background is spectacular with a majestic mountain being iluminated by different shades of colors throughout the day. We felt more than welcome, Roberto and his family are great hosts and we didn't miss anything. In fact it was one of the most confortable and pleasant accomodations we've had in our latest travels. Highly recommended!

We just loved this place! Valeria and her father Aldo were delightful hosts, always at the ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment is the entire second floor (American) of a large, elegant house facing the public part of the beach at Mondello--which meant that we simply walked out the door and into the ocean, bringing only our keys and towels. The cheerful sounds of the beach float up to the balcony, where we spent many hours watching the world go by. Yet it was peaceful and quiet at night because the street between the house and beach is entirely closed to car traffic June 3 to September 30. Tons of restaurants nearby, and a 20-25 minute drive to the centers of Palermo and to Monreale. After exploring each day we came home to evening swims. Note: this is a home with personality where a family was raised, not a sterile condo. We loved its homey vibe, lived-in quality, and generous space. Beds, AC, showers, kitchen were all clean and functioned well. Hope to be back soon!

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, on every level with great views of the sea. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking is available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us, it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

One of the best Airbnb I have ever been , and definitely my favourite so far in Sicily! Daniela’ apartment has an impeccable taste in term of interior design, every angle of the place are warm and cozy. Beautiful terrace with view over blue colour of sea , was a pleasure for every morning breakfast. The location is perfect for best fish local restaurant in Palermo area. Beach and natural reserve is at walk distance. If you want to visit Palermo area, don’t miss his to book this place for your stay 5/5 stars

Perfect location and exactly as described. Our hosts Giovanni and Lorenzo were absolutely wonderful. The Villa is stunning, the beds were extremely comfortable and the lounging areas are just perfect. Mondello is a picturesque town full of charm with gorgeous restaurants and lovely, friendly people. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for an unforgettable holiday!

Very nice flat, conveniently located, near the beach. Benedetto was very welcoming and helpful to answer a few questions about the area. The flat is lovely and the patio outside a very pretty little corner. I highly recommend.

We had a great stay! Francesco was very helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious—perfect even for larger groups, with plenty of room for everyone to relax or do their own thing. Loved the private parking, peaceful setting, and amazing views. Having three bathrooms was a big plus. The little touches like beach towels and beach chairs really made it feel like home. Highly recommend and for sure we can't wait to come back!

The stay was very pleasant, we were greeted by Martina who gave us all the necessary information and remained available. The apartment, spacious and bright, is completely renovated and equipped in a modern-functional style, is equipped with all the necessary furnishings and towels and is very welcoming for four people. It also has two large balconies, one to the east overlooking the archaeological park and the new trapezoidal pier, an attraction with its premises, and the other to the west overlooking the city center, which are a notable plus. The center is easily accessible on foot, some difficulty in parking the car. In conclusion, a very positive stay in a modern and very well-kept structure.

Super quick to accept reservation got us out of a sticky issue with another accommodation and allowed us to check in straight away with clear and fast instructions at 6pm. Apartment was as expected and described in the pictures. Good aircon and nice area. Some of the areas of Palmero can be sketchy and super hard to get parked however parking here was relatively easy to find and felt safe enough.

Not only is Termini Imerese a hidden gem, it's perfectly located between Palermo and Cefalù (which are easy accessible by train). And what a view, do i need to say more, stunning! The appartment is perfect to escape a busy life and to just slow down. Even staying here with our one-year old son was no problem at all. After he was asleep, you just relax on the balcony. Perfection, thank you so much for letting us stay here.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and spacious apartment. The surrounding neighborhood has many restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. If you enjoy walking like I do, you're about 15 minutes from the heart of Palermo. Our hosts were very responsive and kind, and always went the extra mile to make us feel at home! Anytime we had a question, they responded within 30 minutes. Our vacation was fun, easy, and safe from start to finish.

Exactly as described! Absolutely charming and definitely recommended. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable. A place where I instinctively said to my husband on the way home, "Let's go home." That's how it felt. Sweet little stalls, a delightful little bakery just downstairs. A beach for swimming and really good restaurants. In addition, there is a great little museum in Aspra where the artist himself gives the tour and proudly presents his works from old scratch cards. We were traveling by car and the parking was unproblematic.

We wanted to explore the historic city of Palermo so chose this AirBnB because the location was perfect to visit so many places. It also looked stylish and comfortable with lovely outside views. We were not disappointed - and would return there to explore more of Palermo that we could not see this time.....not enough holiday!

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. My husband and I spent four nights at Daniele’s place and just simply wish we could stay there longer. The apartment was very nice; spacious, fresh and very clean, with the kitchen well equipped. We enjoyed the view of the harbor. Parking spot, right by the apartment, was priceless. Daniele and Claudia were amazing hosts; kind, friendly, always super responsive. We would love to stay in their place again!
