This beautiful house is a rare find, feels like you're staying at the Encanto house! Peaceful and within walking distance of the beach and great restaurants. Our lovely host Rossella was very helpful and welcoming, providing local wine and breakfast and offering great recommendations for places to visit including introducing us to a local legend captain Tano who took us out to sea for a day. The house is equipped with everything you need and made us feel right at home. It's even more beautiful than the photos and learning the history of it made it even more special (it was designed by the architect of Teatro Massimo). We had a fantastic time and highly recommended it.

This place was, without a doubt, the best place I stayed on a 5 week tour my wife and I had recently. This ground floor unit was like a house of my own, even with Oranges and basil in my own garden. Everything was perfect and I cannot say enough about how Giralamo helped me to find restaurants, banks, and whatever I needed. He was a true gentleman. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone.

Stunning location. Beautiful Villa lovely decor. myself, my partner and our 4 children had a lovely stay and enjoyed the swimming pool daily. A small gym and and table tennis especially was very much enjoyed. Valeria was great and we felt welcomed. Very memorable stay with everything we needed. Close to the beach and supermarket. Highly recommend.

We loved staying at Teresa’s villa! From beginning until we departed she was available and was kind and considerate with the nuances of the home, from the heating system to locking doors, from internet access to equipping us with wonderful amenities and breakfast items before we arrived. The location is awesome. We were able to swim out our door each day and the privacy gave us a wonderful alternative to the busy-ness of a hotel room. The reserve next to the property is a heavenly place to run, walk, or mountain bike and you have just enough activity to be surrounded by healthy, active people. There are stairs to get in-out to access the home so you need to be active for staying here. We loved all the breezy doors and windows, terraces, flowers and plants and the villa has everything you would need for a year. The kitchen was especially well equipped. Teresa gave us recommendations on everything Palermo - including a beautiful haircut for my husband and I. She is remarkable.

The little house was great . We felt as at home. The house is located in a residential complex in Mondello, in a safe and green area. There is a parking place near the house. The beach is at about 25 minutes walking, the market is at about 10 minutes. Nadia was always very kind and very responsive. I recommend Nadia’s house and I will come back for sure.

It was our second stay in Aldos beautiful house and it hopefully won‘t be the last time. We love the house and especially the stunning garden. Thank you for everything 🌴😊

good location, 7 minutes by foot to the nice sandy beach, supermarkets, barbershops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Nice, quiet and green private backyard with grill zone and with the view on the mountains. Apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator is available. The entrance to the apartment and backyard is separate and private. There is everything what one needs in the apartment, maybe not brand new furnished and equipped, but nevertheless very cozy and comfortable.

We stayed in six in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, cared for in every detail and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small issues, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, resolving promptly. It was easy to communicate thanks to your kindness. We would definitely go back, highly recommended.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

We worked with Albi, Giorgio’s sister, for our stay. She was very responsive and helpful, even when we had last minute requests for a guide to Etna, etc. I would highly recommend reaching out to her for any questions or recommendations you might want during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, but the walkable restaurant is wonderful. You will want a car though to fully explore and get to the grocery, etc. Taxis take 30-45 minutes to arrive and we found them pricey. The house is amazing, though it is important to note that the hot tub is a European hot tub that only accommodates 2 people at one time. Otherwise, the house is well furnished, stocked and has all the equipment you need to enjoy the view and the ocean! It may have been seasonal, but during sunrise and sunset the mosquitoes were horrible and made it difficult to fully enjoy the wonderful terrace.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Patrizia’s home. Very kid friendly. Everything was as described and the view was beautiful. She was very responsive when we had any questions, and cooked us a delicious pasta dinner on the first day!

We had a wonderful stay. The house, the garden are beautiful, very flowery, and the setting is idyllic (seen on the mountains) and peaceful. The house is impeccable and perfectly equipped, we had everything we needed to have a great stay. The accommodation is very well-located for crisscrossing the surroundings. Nearby: pretty beaches, the small market town of San Nicola l 'arena and everything you need for shopping. The people who hosted us were very welcoming and gave good advice (very good restaurant addresses) and also very responsive when we had questions. No complaints, this stay was perfect!

The house proposed by Chiara is very beautiful, pleasant and ideal for our stay with friends. The sea view is breathtaking, the outside of the house is beautiful!! Host was very available to us. However negative points: the bed in the bedroom upstairs squeaks a lot (the box spring), the shower in the master bedroom was not working (no flow and no hot water), regarding the selective sorting of waste: very complicated regulations on the island, we would have needed more explanations in the house on the sorting of waste. We recommend it +++ the house!!

Beautiful area, accommodation with everything you need and more, cozy, comfort, tranquility and the outside, the garden with pool next to the area prepared for outdoor dining perfect for family enjoyment.

Very nice villa with a magnificent 10*20 swimming pool surrounded by vegetation and very quiet. A small peaceful haven to make in love or with a couple of friends 20 min from Palermo and 5 min from Mondello beach. Simple and responsive communication with Cristana. We would highly recommend it.

Gloria and her whole family were absolutely gorgeous and the perfect hosts. Mimmo was so nice, he made so many efforts to let us feel welcomed and to communicate with us. The accomodation was even better than it looked on the pictures. The view was breathtaking and Mimmo‘s pool was a dream. We are looking forward to coming back, we are really gonna miss the place!

I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. The house is beautiful and garden with pool is even more! You can feel that this place was created with love, but it's no wonder when you meet the owners. Giulio and Alessio are wonderful, very open and helpful, and just great people! Gaetano and his family are great. The vacation home is great. The vacation home is 20 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Palermo. The location is quiet in a residential area. A car is necessary, parking is sufficiently available. The pool is great (1/3 about 1.3 m deep, then sloping down to about 2 m), Geatano cleans it daily. There is a large smart TV with Netflix available. There are three modern adjustable air conditioners (2 x in the bedrooms, 1 x in the living room). Two bedrooms are on the upper floor (21 steps). Mosquitoes are possible outdoors. The windows all have insect screens. The Wi-Fi is good. Euro plugs fit all sockets. The access roads to the house are narrow. Lidl is about 5 minutes away.
