Mr. Lorenzo was very attentive and helpful from the first moment I contacted him. The apartment was clean and had a spectacular orientation. Close to many restaurants and shopping centers. I have no doubt that if I return to Palermo I will return with Lorenzo. Thank you Lorenzo.

Gaetano’s place was like a peaceful oasis - the property was very well manicured and the pool crystal clear and inviting. Gaetano is very friendly, accommodating and responsive. We had planned to stay for just one night after arriving in Palermo before moving on, but we enjoyed it and found it so relaxing that we asked to stay a second night. The first room we stayed in ended up having a plumbing issue, but Gaetano had it fixed immediately after we informed him and found a different apartment for us to stay for the second night - he is so helpful! We also enjoyed having access to bikes - Gaetano made sure they were in good condition for us so we could ride to the beach and bakery. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we visit Palermo!

The other guests and I had a really nice time in this house. The apartment was well equipped and as advertised. The location is comfortable and quiet, perfect for exploring the area. The host was very kind, always available and attentive to every need, meticulously explaining the beauty and activities to do on this wonderful island. I highly recommend this place and hope to be back soon!

Very cosy apartment in the center of Palermo

A very welcoming and flexible host for our check-in and check-out times. Vincenzo was there when we arrived, he gave us plenty of information about places to visit and restaurants! Small additional note for Fava's where we had lunch several times, a real baking delight 😜 Vincenzo was very considerate with us. A quick message in the middle of our stay to see if we were okay!! Beautiful, very friendly attention. A thousand grazie Vincenzo! If we have the opportunity to return to Palermo, we would not hesitate to return!!

It was a nice apartment located close to cafe restaurants supermarket A lovely rooftop terrace as well as 4 balconies. Quick with help when needed. Highly recommend the apartment

I loved staying here…I felt like a local rather than a tourist. Very clean with everything you need. Local shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to other parts of the island. Would definitely recommend.

This place was an amazing location, walking distance to main sites including Catedrale. Getting in and out of Airbnb was very easy and we especially loved the terrace. Leandro was a great communicator. We would recommend to a friend!

The apartment was just as in the pictures and had everything needed for my stay. Great location and short walk to the beach! Snack, wine and water given complimentary at check-in! They provided luggage storage at check-out so I could spend the day at the beach before leaving for the airport. Thanks! Ciao!

The apartment was extremely spacious! It was also impeccably clean! So many thoughtful amenities are included in every room. The microwave and washer/dryer is such a plus too. The large terrace had beautiful views of the sea, mountains and sunsets. Natale was always available to answer all our questions. Don’t just assume something doesn’t work. He will provide detailed instructions when you ask questions. Parking is free and we always found a close spot. This is something that you don’t take for granted if you know about parking in other towns nearby. Overall it has been our favorite place to stay in this area!

This apartment is very spacious and easily walkable to many sites of Palermo. Giuseppe provided us with excellent local recommendations and had clear instructions for everything with the apartment. The apartment is beautiful and not noisy at all. I was able to work in the evening without issues on the wifi as well. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the heart of everything, with easy access to the city's vibrant markets, beautiful architecture, and delicious food. The apartment itself is compact but very well-equipped; it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Maria was an exceptional host—responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful. She communicated clearly from the beginning and went above and beyond to make our arrival smooth, especially when it came to the ZTL (limited traffic zone) driving rules. She even arranged and gifted us access to the zone, which was such a thoughtful gesture and really appreciated. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Palermo! Grazie, Maria!

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures
