Mi estadía fue excelente. El alojamiento es muy confortable y cómodo, con todo lo para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es muy conveniente, con locomoción a la puerta y tiendas cercanas. Además, el guardia de recepción en la mañana es muy gentil, lo que hace que la estadía se sienta familiar. El sábado hubo un poco de ruido por la cervecería cercana, pero nada molesto, simplemente cerrando el ventanal se soluciona. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

This is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! I appreciate the thoughtful guest book—it was full of helpful information, including local restaurant recommendations, tourist attractions, and even detailed instructions on how to manage everything in the Airbnb. It made my stay incredibly smooth. A special thank you to Laura’s father, Mr. Jose Luis. He was always quick to respond to my requests and made my stay in Santa Cruz so pleasant and welcoming. I also really appreciated the help coordinating my ride to the airport. Mr. Hugo, the driver, so professional and kind. 100% worth it! The location is perfect, safe area, and truly one of the best areas in Santa Cruz! Highly recommend this Airbnb. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Great location, beautiful building, and there's a great gym maybe a 1minute walk away. The apartment is small, about studio size but it offers a great view and it's very livable. The only things I would recommend to make things easier are instructions on how to use some of the amenities. For example, I didn't know you have to turn on the water in order to use the washing machine. Or that you have to hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn on the touch stovetop. So I would recommend instructions on how to use the stovetop, how to ensure water is flowing to the washing machine before use, and how to use the remote control to ensure the AC is working.

Un muy buen lugar, la cocina estaba bien equipada, la cama era buena y teníamos buena conexión. Diego fue muy amable, respondía rápido y nos ayudaba. La piscina era muy buena también (más grande de lo que se ve en las fotos)

Todo estuvo excelente, el alojamiento impecable, buena zona, céntrico. Lo único un descuerdo con administración, me limitó sentarme en el área donde estaba la piscina, alegando que yo no había "pagado" por estar en esa zona. Del resto, todo bien.

I usually don't write reviews. However this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back. It was very modern and cozy. I really enjoyed my private bath. My daughter loved using Alexa. I actually loved the fact she had Netflix. The washing machine washed and dried clothes. I have visited Santa Cruz many times but this place was my favorite. Some places in Santa Cruz say they have certain things and it turns out that they don't. Definitely just as nice as the US. Thanks Grace for being very responsive.

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

Condominio muy bonito, hermosa casa y cómoda para familias de hasta 8 personas, la Sra Toti (coanfitriona) es súper atenta de excelente carácter y muy honrada, estuvimos hospedados durante Navidad dejamos un sobre con dinero ( regalo de mi hija) la Sra Toti se encargó en que tengamos el dinero de vuelta.

Excelente lugar! El departamento se veía pequeño pero fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. El espacio de la churrasquera ideal. Sin pedirlo Jorge nos ofreció cambiar de fecha si queríamos debido a las lluvias pero decidimos quedarnos, y al día siguiente que nos tocaba irnos nos ofreció poder quedarnos más tiempo. El "mar" muy lindo también y todos los espacios que habían, muy tranquilo, sin duda volveremos! 10/10
