Great place in Sopacachi which is walkable to the center of La Paz. The apartment had everything you would need to be comfortable. Cesar was very responsive over chat and was kind enough to leave an extra water jug for the water cooler. In addition he gave us wonderful tips for the surrounding area. Would recommend!

I usually don't write reviews. However this place exceeded my expectations. I will definitely come back. It was very modern and cozy. I really enjoyed my private bath. My daughter loved using Alexa. I actually loved the fact she had Netflix. The washing machine washed and dried clothes. I have visited Santa Cruz many times but this place was my favorite. Some places in Santa Cruz say they have certain things and it turns out that they don't. Definitely just as nice as the US. Thanks Grace for being very responsive.

The room is clean and has all the dishes.The location is quiet and access to surrounding facilities is convenient.The host was quick to respond and kind.

The host answered all my questions from the beginning and provided solutions. Regarding the place, we came as a family, it has all the amenities to come with children, including training. I recommend it because I think the vacation is also where we stay and that's how we feel. Thank you

Excellent location, clean and comfortable place and super friendly hosts

Jonathan was very kind, and a great host. For the price it's very roomy and has all of the necessities. I'm quite active, so although the gondola is a perhaps a 10 minute walk, if you're willing to do that the whole city is a walk away. I never had to use a taxi or cab at any point during my 3 month stay. The location itself is very private and located in a very safe area.

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

Very nice condo, beautiful house and comfortable for families of up to 8 people, Mrs. Toti (co-host) is super attentive, of excellent character and very honest, we stayed during Christmas and we left an envelope with money (a gift from my daughter) Mrs. Toti made sure we got the money back.

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal barbecue space. Without asking, Jorge offered to change the date if we wanted due to the rains, but we decided to stay, and the next day we were supposed to leave, he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" was very nice too and all the spaces they had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

I recently stayed at this family-friendly apartment in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia, and had a wonderful experience. The apartment is well-located and provides a comfortable, clean, and spacious environment. Although I didn’t explore nearby attractions, the location’s convenience was a plus. One thing to note is that the building's facilities are for homeowners only, so they weren't available during our stay. The host was very welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a family stay in Santa Cruz de la Sierra!

Just like the photos, the apartment is very comfortable with everything you need for a long stay. Great location close to nature. Walter was very attentive and immediately attended to our needs. I highly recommend it.

Favorite place to stay in Santa Cruz

Beautiful spacious apartment! comfortable in every way. It is conveniently located and within walking distance of great restaurants, parks, supermarket, produce places, and coffee shops. Beautiful view of Cochabamba. Host was very kind and responsive.
