If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

The place is just as described in the listing and photos, located in an excellent area. It offers all the necessary amenities for a long stay. The cleanliness was impeccable and the space is tidy. Although the house is a little outdated, it still looks very stately. The view is fantastic. The pool was clean. Only the barking of the wild dogs sometimes disturbed the nighttime sleep. But that's the way it is in Bolivia. The village is a 40-minute walk.

Excellent location, nice apartment, the photos do not do it justice they have the use of a phenomenal pool that overlooks the Green Tower! The sofa bed is a little hard and has no decor (TV or furniture) in the living room, but a recommended place 🙌🏻

A beautiful place to rest for a few days. Rodolfo and his father were extremely welcoming and generous. The house and location is amazing. Actually aside from the bedrooms we spent all of our time in the amazing outside areas. It was a perfect stay with beautiful hosts and caretakers. We will be back regularly
