We had a lovely stay. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out time to accommodate our bus times. The place was well equipped, clean and had everything you’d need. The host responded to multiple queries within good time and was generally friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk into town on a quiet side street. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering :)

We had to book a night spontaneously and Ricardo's place allowed us to check in independently at 3 AM. It's also close to the bus terminal. That was perfect!! In addition, the accommodation was also superbly equipped, even with a hairdryer! Everything very new and very clean! We loved it!

My girlfriend and I had an excellent stay with Bernardo and his family. You have the place to yourself and a beautiful garden, which in a hectic city like La Paz is like an oasis. No matter what needs and concerns you have, Bernardo's family is immediately ready to help where they can. Really great, kind people and a special place to stay. Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal barbecue space. Without asking, Jorge offered to change the date if we wanted due to the rains, but we decided to stay, and the next day we were supposed to leave, he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" was very nice too and all the spaces they had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is in a quiet area and had exactly what we were looking for. Easy to take Uber to hipermaxi and shop if you want to cook your own food, or go into town if you want to go sightseeing. The service was very high and the staff were available all day. We stayed in Ximenas property before and after a trip to the Amazon for a total of 4 nights. Our children loved the pool and sports fields and the home was perfect for our family of 5 (3 young children). Well equipped kitchen and lots of space in living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor area also large! Ximena was a very responsive host with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

The house is wonderful and offers everything you need. The location is ideally suited to explore Santa Cruz, as the house is only 2 minutes away from the market, so you can easily take care of yourself and you can also in approx. 10 minutes to the Plaza. For us, it was great to return to the house every now and then to rest, as it is wonderfully suited for this. Hans and his wife are very friendly and helpful. They described the house very well and we found everything exactly as described. To explore Santa Cruz, we can always recommend the house!
