Wir mussten ganz spontan eine Nacht buchen und die Unterkunft von Ricardo hat es uns ermöglicht um 3 Uhr nachts selbstständig einzuchecken. Außerdem ist die Unterkunft nah zu dem Bus Terminal. Das war perfekt!! Zudem war die Unterkunft auch super ausgestattet, sogar mit einem Föhn! Alles sehr neu und sehr sauber! Wir waren mehr als begeistert!

We had a lovely stay. The host was flexible with check-in and check-out time to accommodate our bus times. The place was well equipped, clean and had everything you’d need. The host responded to multiple queries within good time and was generally friendly and helpful. The location is a short walk into town on a quiet side street. 10/10 would recommend to anyone considering :)

Tuve una excelente experiencia en este alojamiento. La casa es espaciosa, totalmente amoblada y muy limpia, lo que hizo que mi estadía fuera muy cómoda. La ubicación es inmejorable, en un sector seguro y tranquilo, con fácil acceso al teleférico y otros medios de transporte. Definitivamente, una opción perfecta para quienes buscan comodidad, seguridad y una excelente ubicación en La Paz. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Excelente lugar! El departamento se veía pequeño pero fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. El espacio de la churrasquera ideal. Sin pedirlo Jorge nos ofreció cambiar de fecha si queríamos debido a las lluvias pero decidimos quedarnos, y al día siguiente que nos tocaba irnos nos ofreció poder quedarnos más tiempo. El "mar" muy lindo también y todos los espacios que habían, muy tranquilo, sin duda volveremos! 10/10

Meine Freundin und ich hatten einen hervorragenden Aufenthalt bei Bernardo und seiner Familie. Man hat die Unterkunft für sich alleine und einen herrlichen Garten, der in einer hektischen Stadt wie La Paz einer Oase gleichkommt. Egal welche Bedürfnisse und Anliegen man hat, Bernardos Familie steht einem sofort bereit und hilft, wo sie können. Ganz tolle liebenswürdige Menschen und eine besondere Unterkunft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und wünschen den Eigentümern alles Gute für die Zukunft. Vielen Dank für alles!

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Huset ligger på ett lugnt område och hade precis det vi letade efter. Smidigt att ta Uber till hipermaxi och handla om man vill laga egen mat, eller åka in till stan om man vill go sightseeing. Servicen var mycket hög och personalen var tillgängliga hela dagarna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We stayed in Ximenas property before and after a trip to the Amazon for a total of 4 nights. Our children loved the pool and sports fields and the home was perfect for our family of 5 (3 young children). Well equipped kitchen and lots of space in living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor area also large! Ximena was a very responsive host with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

Andres is a fantastic host and chef! I felt very welcome from the beginning, the room and the garden are fabulous and you should not miss out on having lunch and/or dinner at his restaurant (great vegan and vegetarian options)! The place is very clean and spacious, Wi-Fi is stable and everyone is very helpful and lovely. Next time I’ll be staying longer!

El lugar es tal como se describe en el anuncio y fotografías, ubicado en una excelente zona. Ofrece todas las comodidades necesarias para una estadías largas. La limpieza estaba impecable y el espacio está ordenado. Además, cuenta con un jardín bien cuidado y un entorno natural que contribuyen a un ambiente relajante y agradable. Sin duda volveremos a alojarnos allí. Además el delicioso pan que producen en la tienda de al frente es sin duda un plus a la experiencia.

Das Haus ist wunderbar und bietet alls, was man braucht. Die Lage ist um erkunden von Santa Cruz bestens geeignet, da das Haus nur 2 Minuten vom Markt entfernt ist, man sich deshalb sehr einfach versorgen kann und man auch in ca. 10 Minuten bis zur Plaza gewandert ist. Für uns war es super, immer mal wieder kurz zum Ausruhen ins Haus zurückzukehren, da es dafür wunderbar geeignet ist. Hans und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben das Haus bestens beschrieben und wir haben alles genau so vorgefunden. Um Santa Cruz zu erkunden, können wir das Haus jederzeit bestens empfehlen!
