A very spacious house with a nice garden and everything one needs. Host Ludmilla is a very nice person and I assure you that nothing is needed and was attentive to that. Highly recommended and I feel great. It's also very quiet and safe neighborhood.

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

If you’re looking for a quiet place close to Santa Cruz, this is it! The grounds are so tranquil, we took evening walks to see the monkeys, parrots and even a sloth! The community pool is amazing and it has a waterfall. There is a restaurant that will deliver to the house. The house was perfect, great a/c, the bathtub was perfect for the kids and we even had our own private hot tub. Best choice!

This place was a pleasant surprise, despite the location in the city, the house has a lot of outdoor space, it is ideal for setting up a picnic with friends and family or an event. Everything is very well maintained, clean and ready to enjoy

Excellent location, nice apartment, the photos do not do it justice they have the use of a phenomenal pool that overlooks the Green Tower! The sofa bed is a little hard and has no decor (TV or furniture) in the living room, but a recommended place 🙌🏻

The place is very good for those who travel alone or in up to 4 people, has a stop air conditioning each environment. the fogao leaves to be desired, but it is there. for the daily value this very good in terms of cost/benefit. It is necessary to pay attention with scorpioes, if you are an unsuspecting, Santa Cruz is a city that has a lot of scorpions and at the time of the exit I came across one in front of the entrance door of the apartment.

I had a very good experience, especially the host's attention, Jairo. Always attentive and ready to help. The apartment is just like the images, comfortable and new. The perfect location, on a quiet street and close to locals and activities. I recommend it and I'm sure we'll be back.
