The place is very nice, the owner is very friendly, I loved his paintings and the decoration of the elegant place.

The apartment was amazing, it was comfortable and really nicely decorated with everything needed for a home feel stay. Great views of the city and some mountains view in the horizon as well. Close to everything we needed…restaurants, supermarkets, stores, plaza, movie theater. We really enjoyed the place and fully recommend it to anyone passing by Santa Cruz.

It is a penthouse a nice architectural design, missing dotarlo, internet ran well until the last days. Good water pressure, stable light. The terrace is very spacious, a grill but has no furniture, in the building you lend them. Augusto is a very good Host, a little slow to resolve but resolves. I had trouble with the little endowment of the apto, a dropper and faults with internet. In all cases Augusto stood up front. Overall, I recommend it. The building has a pool, gym, and BBQ areas. This apt is the only one on the 6th floor. View to a forest reserve area and a nice neighborhood. The doormen are very nice.

excellent experience, the place is very nice and conveys a lot of peace, as it is possible to be in contact with nature and the sound of birds in the morning is priceless. I fully meet my expectations in terms of quality-priced. Dayana is a very attentive person, she was attentive to what we needed, and gave us the necessary amenities to feel at home.

Overall it's a good place to relax and get some rest. It has everything you need to stay. Nice place. Some outdoor areas require painting or cleaning maintenance. Inside the house a shower was half clogged, it also requires maintenance. Super comfortable beds. If the pool had some shade it would be ideal because it gets very hot this time of year :( I'd come back another time.
