Monthly Rentals in Sant Vicenç de Montalt

My family of 5 stayed in the Villa because of the pool and views an nice clean looking home. The house was very clean and new as advertised. everything was described exactly like the ad. The host met us at check in and walked us through the home so we understood how to use alarms and doors. the air conditioning worked. we had a wonderful stay and will be back but next time with adults. the home is suited to handle 4 couples. thank you Kevin.

Sonia's place is simply amazing. The ocean view is remarkable from the balcony as well as inside the apartment. It has very easy access to the beach. This is a comfortable place with plenty of common space for guests to stretch out and not be on top of each other. The kitchen is well appointed with plenty of cookware, serveware, and dining ware. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was a highlight of our trip.

Vincent is an amazing host I would recommend staying 100% here if you want to relax from the city and be very close to the sea. The places is as described, it feels really cozy and familiar, good for family getaways.

We had booked Cristina’s villa to unwind after my daughter’s 4 day Indian wedding in Barcelona. In nutshell, there couldn’t have been a better pick. She welcomed us with a homemade cake and beautiful flowers that adorned the house. Cristina’s pics on AirBnb listing was spot on. Absolutely no surprises. We were 14 of us & our pet puppy staying in the Villa, enough room for all. We spend a lot of time outdoors in the covered patio & gardens soaking in the spectacular views. The Kitchen was well equipped. We had fun cooking. Very private property yet close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants. We ordered food & groceries with Uber Eats. Getting an Uber also was super easy. We had a small problem with the main door. Cristina, though was out of out down, responded promptly, sent a cousin who helped us resolve the problem. The Villa was built in the 1800s but has been beautifully updated and maintained. Kudos to the family! We will surely be back again soon!
