Spacious room with a living area, kitchen, and private bathroom. On the ground floor and with a garden. Fully independent space with a private door, attached to the house where we live. Located in a very quiet residential area, but very central, just a 5-minute walk from the historic center, to visit, shop... It has everything you need for the kitchen, as well as a washing machine, television, sofa, and outdoor table to enjoy the garden.
