Ca la Julita is a 19th century farmhouse, dedicated to Wine Tourism, located within the surroundings of the Montserrat Mountain Natural Park, in the municipality of Castellbell i el Vilar (Bages-Barcelona), which is part of the Geoparc-Catalunya Central. We are part of the DO Pla de Bages Wine Route and certified with the Biosphere accreditation for sustainable tourism. MASIA LA CALSINA

Masia La Calsina has passed through the different generations of our family, it is older than the Montserrat Monastery itself, so we do not know its exact date of origin, although there are historical documents of the eleventh century of it in the national archive. We are fortunate to be able to live in the heart of the protected Natural Park of Montserrat Mountain, surrounded by tranquility and nature. "The Coop" is a cosy, self-contained studio with stunning views of Montserrat, surrounded by nature. This is a haven for walkers, climbers and nature lovers as well as artists, writers and other creators seeking peace and tranquility. Only an hour from Barcelona, "The Coop" is on our property, where we live with our 2 dogs, 2 cats and laying hens. We share the mountain with insects, wild boar, deer and a wide variety of plants.
