Emilio fue encantador desde el primer intante, nos envió la información necesaria por mensaje, nos facilitó el poder entrar antes en la casa y el poder salir más tarde si no lonecitabamos. En todo tiempo muy amable y encantador. La fina de los naranjos es más hermosa que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Toda la obra donde nos hospedamos es nueva, con buenos acabados y electrodomesticos de primera calidad. Exelente gusto para la decoración. La piscina y la zona de barbacoa es la cereza del pastel. Y por si fuese poco, nos ofrecieron comer toda la naranja que pudieramos comer, hay que decirlo, una naranja de primerísima calidad. Sin duda reperiré, salimos muy muy satisfechos con todo. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison agréable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Elle est très bien située, offrant une vue sur la mer d’un côté et sur la montagne de l’autre. La piscine est très belle et la grande suite parentale très confortable. Un lieu parfait pour se détendre et profiter du calme.

Todo bien. Los propietarios muy amables, estuvieron esperando que llegaramos pese a que nos perdimos (la direccion y Google Maps no se entendieron bien), y muy atentos en todo momento. A 5 minutos si llega de la playa. Muy recomendable

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

Great stay, lovely place and easy to get into town. Lots of outdoor space. Easy parking. Would advise bringing your own beach/pool towels as only 2 towels provided. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Lovely apartment on a central location in the Rufaza neighbourhood. The city center was at 15 minutes walking distance. In the neighbourhood are many nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops so you don’t have to go far for your breakfast, coffee break or dinner. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bathroom and a really nice terrace with afternoon sun. The bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen was complete, although we didn’t use it besides to make some tea. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sofa/bed in the living room. That wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, even less to maybe sleep in. At best suitable for a child to sleep in. Overall I would definitely recommend staying in Kristin’s apartment!

El alojamiento de Bautista es excelente, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue muy buena, tuvimos un inconveniente con la luz debido a la lluvia y lo resolvieron rapidísimo. Volveríamos sin ninguna duda!!!

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment which is very spacious and centrally located. Anthony was a great host, very proactive in terms of communication and flexible regarding the later check-out.

El apartamento es maravilloso lo que te permite tener una estancia excelente. Muy bien equipado, con unas terrazas maravillosas. Guillaume estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotros, pronto a contestarnos y aclarándonos todas las dudas, además nos permitió incorporarnos antes de la hora al apartamento. Wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gianina verbracht. Sie ist eine sehr freundliche und entgegenkommende Gastgeberin. Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung, unglaubliche Aussicht. Die Betten waren bequem. Wenn ich etwas bemängelt würde, wäre es die Isolierung der Wohnung. Man hört schon viel im Haus und auch von draußen. Restaurant unterhalb der Wohnung. Trotzdem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt. Danke ;-)

Die Wohnung ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Kommunikation mit Ingrid war einfach wunderbar – sie war stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr unkompliziert. Für unsere vierköpfige Familie war der Platz mehr als ausreichend, und die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach traumhaft. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse hat uns täglich aufs Neue verzaubert! Wir möchten Ingrid von Herzen danken und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!😍

Un apartamento limpio y tranquilo. Plaza de garage comoda para un coche grande. El trato de Beatriz es muy amable y amistoso. Mi estancia fue agradable. Sin dudas recomendable.

Siamo stati in questo alloggio per assistere alle gare di nostra figlia al Met di Oliva e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. L' alloggio si trova a 100 mt dal maneggio.🥰🥰🥰 Pulizia e ordine top!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

I can't imagine a better place to stay. The apartment, with its two stories, has far more room than most of the units in the resort. Upstairs is so pleasant it is hard to leave. View of sea, coupled with Valencia in the distance, phenomenal. Inside, sparling clean, with everything one could ask for. TV selection wide. The indoor/outdoor cafe/restaurant on site with good food, staff helpful. Gated, the security is optimal. Across the street is the sea, a wide promenade adjacent, stretching for kilometers. Food shopping, other restaurants, close at hand. Gabriela, attentive, quick to reply, a helpful and good resource. All told, perfect.

Sehr schöne Lage. Die Kommunikation und das Einchecken waren, nach anfänglichen Sprachschwierigkeiten, über Maria und dem Co Juan komplikationslos. Dank digitaler Übersetzer. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Genug Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Schöner Balkon mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Der Backofen war defekt und verursachte Kurzschlüsse. Das wurde sehr gut von Juan gemanagt. Die Wohnung wurde kurzfristig mit einem nagelneuen Backofen ausgestattet. Wir haben uns 12 Tage und Nächte wohl gefühlt. Danke
