The house is ideal to go and spend a few days disconnected, you can breathe in a lot of tranquility. It's very clean inside, and well maintained. It has an outdoor area with a large barbecue that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Maybe you need a little kitchenware - utensils for the barbecue, but it's not something that prevents you from doing it without problems. Gareth is a very kind and thoughtful host. Recommended place.

Emilio was lovely from the first intante, he sent us the necessary information by message, he made it easier for us to enter the house earlier and to be able to leave later if we did not touch. At all times very friendly and charming. The fineness of the orange trees is more beautiful than what can be seen in the photos. All the work where we stay is new, with good finishes and premium appliances. Exelente gusto para la decoración. The pool and BBQ area is the cherry on the cake. And in case it was not enough, we were offered to eat all the orange we could eat, it must be said, an orange of the highest quality. We had a great time in this nice, tastefully decorated house. It is very well located, offering a view of the sea on one side and the mountain on the other. The pool is very beautiful and the large master suite very comfortable. A perfect place to relax and enjoy the calm.

Everything was fine. The owners were very friendly, they were waiting for us to arrive despite the fact that we got lost (the direction and Google Maps were not well understood), and very helpful at all times. 5 minutes if you arrive from the beach. Highly recommended

House was warm and comfortable for a winter stay. Easy access for bikes and parking. Carla was very helpful both before and during our stay. Excellent walking and cycling in the area.

i have spent a few days of holy week and everything was great place and the ideal house to go with dogs. surrounded by many hiking trails. and 5 minutes from the bolbaite river. we were greeted with a box of chocolates and some prizes for our puppies. and that is greatly appreciated. thank you very much for everything we will bolver.

We had a lovely stay despite the appalling weather. We could walk to the beach, eat delicious meals and we had a well equipped kitchen to use when we didnt fancy a walk. Will definitely be back when the sun appears!

Lucie offered us a wonderful home for an extended weekend. She well-provided us with a very helpful instruction booklet with lots of fantastic tipps, we really appreciated and followed some of then :) The home is in a perfect central location and very clean (although there were some dead ants in the corner), only the water pressure of the shower was a bit low, otherwise nothing to complain and 100% recommended to everyone!

Lovely place to stay, so close to the beach and perfect base just outside the city for exploring Valencia with easy transport links in. Great host too.

Lovely apartment on a central location in the Rufaza neighbourhood. The city center was at 15 minutes walking distance. In the neighbourhood are many nice restaurants, bars and coffee shops so you don’t have to go far for your breakfast, coffee break or dinner. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bathroom and a really nice terrace with afternoon sun. The bed was big and comfortable. The kitchen was complete, although we didn’t use it besides to make some tea. The only thing that wasn’t great was the sofa/bed in the living room. That wasn’t very comfortable to sit on, even less to maybe sleep in. At best suitable for a child to sleep in. Overall I would definitely recommend staying in Kristin’s apartment!

Paul was a fantastic host. He was responsive to any and all enquiries, and helped to accommodate my party with flexible check in. As well as this, they provided many recommendations for local supermarkets, parking, restaurants and anything else you could need- a fantastic experience. I'd definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it is ideal for families with children and is very close to the beach (3 min walk). Rafael was flexible with our check-out time so we could organize ourselves well with the kids. We would definitely go back.

The apartment is wonderful, which allows you to have an excellent stay. Very well-equipped, with wonderful terraces. Guillaume was always attentive to us, quick to answer us and clear up any doubts, and he also allowed us to enter the apartment before the scheduled time. The apartment is superbly equipped and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with Ingrid was just wonderful – she was always friendly, helpful and very straightforward. For our family of four, the space was more than sufficient, and the location of the apartment is simply fantastic. The view from the terrace enchanted us anew every day! The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Nuria is very responsive host, requests or issues with apartment were quickly solved. We were there at off season, in November, it was quite peaceful and I don't how busy is the area during the summer. In November some of the restaurants are closed or opened only for weekends. The apartment itself is nice and tidy with beautiful balcony with view on the sea. There were even special towels for the beach. Great place to stay.

Very nice location. Communication and check-in were uncomplicated, after initial language difficulties, about Maria and the Co Juan. Thanks to digital translator. The apartment is well laid out and also well appointed. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Beautiful balcony with great views of the sea. The oven was broken and caused short circuits. This was very well managed by Juan. The apartment was equipped with a brand new oven at short notice. We felt comfortable for 12 days and nights. Thank you
