Beautiful clean roomy apartment. Only 50 from beach and less than 5 mins from 'the strip' but quiet and peaceful. Very well equipped for 6 people. We used Benniconnect Bus from airport, drop off at Don Pancho Hotel and 2 minute walk. Brilliant. Bob extremely helpful, met us and checked us in and was available via mesage or phone at any time. We had no problems at all.

I had a longer stay at Dan’s apartment and everything was just as described. What stood out most was the beautiful sunset view in the evenings—over the hills and the surrounding landscape. It often reminded me of Tuscany. A peaceful and memorable experience.

Apartment has a fantastic view, beautiful pool and nice beach. Apartment could be made more comfortable with nicer furniture on the balcony and nicer bedding and some art on the walls. Walls were super thin and can hear every word from neighbors two apartments down. Had an issue our first night with very loud neighbors but host fixed that immediately.

The special thing about the apartment is that it really gives you the impression of being at home, probably because it is also a home away from the owner. We felt very comfortable. Crockery and cutlery were even thought of for our child. Everything you needed was there and was sparkling clean. Thank you!

Had a great week and fantastic views! Communication was very nice, got an immediate answer. The only downside was that we couldn't use the washing machine.

The apartment is very close to the beach, close to the supermarket, close to the Buhsal stop. The tram is 15 minutes away. The apartment was very clean, unfortunately at that time it sometimes smelled like sewage in the entire neighborhood. Some of this could also be perceived in the apartment. The living/dinning area is large, all technical devices work and are provided with instructions.

Stay in the accommodation excellent and beachfront as described. The treatment of the hostess implecable and the accommodation is great. We would definitely repeat more times.

We had a very nice stay in Altea. The apartment is nice with a fantastic sea view. Outdoor there is a large swimming pool and good car parking. It is located close to the city centre and has a lot of sights within walking distance. We received excellent service from the host.

Had a wonderful experience staying at this place! Everything was as described so no surprises there. I loved that everything was clean, had extra towels, did not find dust anywhere, and most of all, every appliance worked, including hot water, heater, windows/doors, etc. Well lit entrance and easy to find. The host was superb!! He went above and beyond, very responsive, helpful and very pleasant person. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Host always very helpful and friendly! Nice apartment in a very quiet residential area, suitable for a relaxing stay. The town center is easily accessible by car or on foot. Large pine forest in front of the apartment. We'll be back if we pass through the area again! Recommended!

The apartment was exceptionally clean, well-appointed, and included all amenities outlined in the description. It was amazing being within a 5-minute walk to one of the most beautiful beaches we have ever been on. The location is also convenient to the small grocery store on the beach. We also had a car which allowed us to make the short drive into Gandia town for additional shopping. The free, covered, and secure parking at the apartment was a definite plus. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, and answered all our questions almost immediately. This is a place you can come to relax and rejuvenate on your travels.

Comfortable 2 bedroom place, calm location :)

We were very comfortable. Comfortable, quiet apartment and ideal for going with little ones. The access to the pool, the proximity to the beach, and the park… a tipzo. Maybe the sofa and the big bed could be a more comfortable pelin, but it is compensated with everything else. The host, Carmen, a sweetheart. Very attentive to everything and answered immediately, very close and made us feel very comfortable. We will certainly love to come back.

Pristine apartment in a great location with a great view. Short walk to the port and beaches where there are plenty of restaurants to enjoy. Altea only a short taxi ride away for even more choice. Would recommend to anyone and hopefully stay again in the future. The apartment itself is very spacious, all areas are well kept, lovely large private terrace and pool. Cesar was a great host from start to finish. Check in was easy and ensured to accommodate our late arrival. Very responsive throughout our stay, checking in to ensure everything was as expected, with an easy checkout.

The accommodation, as it appears in the listing, and Teresa attended us at all times with kindness and speed. He was in touch during our stay, in case we needed anything else. We will definitely repeat when we come back in the Denia area.

Modest and nice apartment, spacious, with great terrace. Perfect location to reach the nightlife in a few minutes

The three of us booked Rosa's place in mid-September and were happy. From the balcony you could see the sea, in the morning with a beautiful sunrise. Salud welcomed us warmly, and always provided advice with questions. The place was clean, you felt right at home. Downstairs there was a pool that could be used and the sea was right outside the front door. Fridge, oven, microwave. There was everything your heart desired. The only problem was the connection to the nearest train station. Buses only ran until 6/7 PM. Taxi companies either did not answer calls or hung up on us. Next time, we'll definitely rent a car. Salud was so friendly and took us to the train station on the day of departure and also showed us the area. Big thanks to Salud!!🥲 P.S. At Taver Taxi Company, Umberto speaks German and English. I recently stayed at Sali’s place, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our group of six found the apartment was perfect for our needs—spacious, comfortable and very clean. The layout was ideal, with plenty of room for everyone to relax without feeling cramped. The common area was lovely for gathering, and the fully-equipped kitchen was great for preparing meals. The location is perfect, situated in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to local attractions, restaurants, shops and beaches. Sali was a very responsive host and answered any queries we had very promptly. All in all, this apartment was the perfect base for our group, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone traveling with a larger group!

This is the best Airbnb I have been to so far. The place is very clean, very well designed, very spacious, the beds smell very nice and fresh, the kitchen is amazing, located few steps away from the beach and the host communicates very quickly. The only thing that may be negative is the noise heard from the neighbors at night. I will definitely come back to Jamie's place.
