It was a nice, quiet place that we could feel at home. It was a 5-star stay; we could not have asked for a better place!

This was the perfect home for me and my gaggle of teenagers I brought to Silverwood. In hindsight I may have brought groceries and cooked there as it has everything you could need to feed folks right there. Beautiful, clean, well kept home. My only complaint would be the 10:00 check out as it’s just tough to pull off when you want to sleep in. I always love and appreciate an 11:00 check out. I will definitely recommend this place and try to book it again when we come back!

This is a great stay especially if you have a dog. The host offered us a dog door which was really great and convenient for us. It’s only a few minutes from Tubbs Hill and a huge park downtown which had tons to do. Trader Joe’s is close, and overall there were many local coffee sports nearby which is a win for me.

I was very impressed with Denice and how she responded to every message I sent. The house made me feel like I was home. Very well decorated and plenty of kitchen products. I have already recommended her to my friends. I spent 3 weeks there and really cannot find anything to be critical of. Tanks for being a great host Denice!

Exactly the kind of clean, comfortable, well-outfitted, easily accessed accommodation my son and I hope for when we're in town for a 3-day weekend. Had everything we needed with none of the clutter that we didn't. I'd stay here again, and highly recommend.

Could not have asked for anything to be better. Their home was emasculate. We felt like we were the first ones to ever stay in it. The pictures do not begin to describe how gorgeous the views are. Jillene and Richard are two of the nicest hosts you will ever encounter. We will book again when returning to the area.

Just wow! ❤️ We’ve been renting thru Airbnb for years and this might be the fav! The home is gorgeous, the view is gorgeous. Short drive after picking up my son at Gonzaga, the adult kids loved having the basement space, kitchenette and living room down there. There are two bedrooms on that level with twins, a twin room and queen room on the main level, and a king upstairs. Everything felt so clean, plenty of nice towels, cozy blankets, more than adequate cookware, including two crockpots. The large windows with lake views are incredible. Lots of toys downstairs as well, and a propane grill. We loved watching the geese and ducks, and saw turkeys and deer. Listened to the frogs in the pond at night. We picked up whiffle ball sets at WalMart and the kids had a blast playing on the lawn. Never saw a neighbor the whole time, it really feels private. Good communication with host. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you, Jean!

Kyra’s place was exquisite! We loved the dive in around the lake, I couldn’t believe how close the road was to the water. The house is situated perfectly over looking the lake and sunset! I cant say enough about how great the experience was. It was extremely cozy around the fire (they even provided fire wood). There is a restaurant within walking distance that also checks all the boxes. We went up to go to Coeur d’Alene but ended up having a better time just staying around the house. 10 out of 10.

This is one of the most amazing properties we’ve ever stayed in. The view is amazing and having a private beach is next level. Its in kind of a little inlet area with only 5 or so other homes. We kayaked around the lake and rented a boat one day, both were so much fun and this area is perfect for it. We went swimming in the lake every single day. The fire pit is also great. The house was very clean and a starter kit of toiletries, dish soap, and laundry soap were provided. There were lots of towels. Plenty of nice soft blankets were provided also. The memory foam mattresses were great, this is the first rental I’ve had a sleep better than in my own home! Upstairs there's a loft area where our 3 kids stayed (ages 16, 5, and 2). The hosts really went the extra mile and selected quality furniture both inside and out of this property. Parking was easy, getting to standpoint was easy. There are so many things to do in this town we can't wait to come back! Communication was amazing too.

Was a really nice place, we had one small issue with the pellet stove since we were staying in the off season, host was quick to respond and help solve the issue!

Great place for a family get together of all ages. Lots to do without ever leaving: swim, paddleboard, yard games, hang out on the deck watching the osprey and bald eagles. Hope to get back.

We thought the house was fantastic! There were seven of us all together, and we could gather inside comfortably and outside comfortably with us all. We could also find spaces away from each other when needed. Beautiful home decor with very comfortable furniture. We loved the kayaks, we had great weather to spend a lot of time outside on the dock, and in the water. Thank you for giving us access. We appreciate it and enjoyed priest very much.

Our family had a brilliant stay in the home by the beautiful Hayden lake. We had one of the best summer vacations and had so much to do. We spent time playing in the yard, bbq , watching a show, looking at the chickens, going in the hot tub, exercising and drinking coffee outside. There was some sort of activity for each of the family member. Our baby slept so well and we will have all the lovely memories there. We star gazed at night and we watched the lake during the day. Then we would walk down to the private beach area and it was gorgeous. Thank you Calista for everything you did for our family.

Our stay was at Jordan’s home was perfect for our girls getaway! I couldn’t have asked for anything better. He was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond our requests! The home was absolutely gorgeous! So many unique aspects. In my opinion it is much more spacious than the photos make it appear. We easily fit 14 ladies comfortably. Kitchen was fully stocked. We came prepared, brought dishes etc. but quickly realized we should have left all of that home. The kitchen had everything we needed! It was a quick trip this time, but we will definitely be back so we can enjoy the home and beach a little more! Thank you Jordan for a great experience!

This Airbnb and the host Wahed were wonderful! My grandchildren “Loved” the game room. The location is great, has everything you need and a beautiful view. We would definitely come back again. Thank you Wahed for being an outstanding host!!

Would easily stay here again. This was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend ski trip to Schweitzer. Ann was so friendly and kind, and extremely easy to communicate with. This home is lovely and has so much space and entertainment. We had a great time staying here!

We loved our stay here at Allison’s home. This was more like a B&B experience and Alli is an amazing host that goes out of her way to help you feel at home, relaxed and comfortable while still giving you total privacy. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Great water pressure, lovely den and kitchen area, fast internet and great TV options. We loved the hot tub and sauna. A must if you visit- indulge! Honestly, we wished we had booked more time here as it was the most relaxed we had been our entire trip. We will plan to come back when we visit Idaho again in a few months without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to book your time here. You will be glad you did!!

This was a lovely location for a girls trip. It is very nice and private and tucked away. I will say, the quality of the home isn't spectacular - the deck is a little rough and the docks are pretty rickety. However, I had a ton of fun with my group and those things didn't make a huge difference in the weekend. I thought the price was a little high for what it was, but I was glad to be so close to town. The views from the deck are incredible.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood with spectacular views. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about coming again next year. There is a nice hiking trail right down the road and other hiking and biking trails a short drive away. We were able to kayak right off the pier, although there are a number of stairs you need to take down to the water which was clearly shown in the photos. Brandy was very helpful with local recommendations and immediately responsive to our questions. We had a great week!

Our family had a fabulous time staying at this residence. We kept busy with all of the amenities, and there was so much to do! The house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need to hang at the house, fix meals, and just enjoy the scenery. The dock was well situated and we were able to rent Sea Doos and a boat from a local place in Sandpoint. Loved the fact that coffee was there on hand - never know if it's going to be a Keurig or a regular pot! The communication with the management company was very easy. We would highly recommend staying here. The only negative was our trip just wasn't long enough!

We were there for our son’s wedding across the lake at Zephyr Lodge! It was a perfect location for our family to rest relax and prepare for our son’s wedding. We were so great for the for the location and for the beautiful surroundings and all the amenities the house offered! Thank you so much!!
