Monthly Rentals in San Vincenzo

Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice apartment with huge terrace right by the harbor in San Vincenzo and great views of the sea. Some beaches can be reached in a few minutes. We stayed in the apartment for a week in October. There was not much going on in the village itself, but there were still plenty of restaurants open. Bakery and supermarket also nearby.

We (2 people and 1 dog) spent 6 nights at Casa del Mare and had a wonderful time. We were received super warmly. Despite the language barrier (unfortunately no knowledge of Italian), we still understood everything :-) The beach right in front of the door invites you to take long walks, and you don't even have to leave the property for the sunset. We spent 10 wonderful days at Massimo's in a great apartment. Everything you need and more than expected was available in the apartment. The location right on the harbor is unique. The beautiful pedestrian zone with many shops and restaurants is only about 20 meters away. Massimo is a great host and person... You can tell how much he loves his business! He is friendly, helpful and always there when you have questions. Right next door you will find 2 very nice, small and unique bistros with great hosts who prepare a good time with delicious food and good drinks. Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!!
