Podere Vergianoni is an ancient family-run property from the 1600s located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany, with the possibility of arranging a private shuttle and local experiences directly with our family. The apartment is available for 2 adults with the possibility of adding a sofa bed for 2 children under 12 years of age. Nice flat at the first floor in a house of 4 flats. Living room with kitchen-corner and a Sofa-double-bed, room with double-bed, bathroom with shower and a balcony. Equipped with washing machine, air conditioning and a fast Wifi connection. Beach and tourist center at walking distance. There are a lot of shops and services nearby. San Vincenzo and the surrounding area offer multiple possibilities for recreation, gastronomy, landscape and culture.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

The Palmierina estate is near Castelfalfi (a true jewel of medieval architecture) and close to Florence (50 Km), Siena (50 Km), and Pisa (50 Km). There are two golf courses nearby.

The apartment is located in the village of Podere San Luigi in the southern part of San Vincenzo, surrounded by greenery, at a distance of about 200 meters from the sea. The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped driveway inside a holm oak forest. It is located in a strategic area as it is possible to reach many beautiful locations both on the coast and inland.
