La mia casa si trova a Livorno, nel caratteristico quartiere di Antignano, vicino al centro e a due passi dalle splendide calette del Lungomare, perfette per un tuffo ed un bagno di sole. Base ideale per scoprire i tesori della nostra citta' e delle famose città d'arte toscane. Potrai godere del nostro mare e della cucina a base di pesce fresco . Caffè, tè, tisane, latte e biscotti sono offerti. Il quartiere, tranquillo e pittoresco, è a 10 min di macchina o 20 min in bicicletta dal Centro.

La nostra suite al piano primo caratterizzata da un esclusiva terrazza privata di 40 mq sul mare vi farà godere dall'alba al tramonto la brezza marina. Si compone di due zone, cucina soggiorno con divano letto e zona notte con bagno con possibilità di aggiungere un terzo letto. Può ospitare comodamente coppie, famiglie con massimo 2 bambini e viaggiatori singoli. Ogni alloggio include il servizio spiaggia allo stabilimento balneare Florida con ombrellone e due lettini.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk from the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and have wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with a travertine masonry shower and a living room with a kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer on the terrace.

The sea, even on foot

Newly renovated apartment, located on the first floor of the oldest building in San Vincenzo, where the stables of the Della Gherardesca family once stood. We took into account the value of the details that emerged during the renovation, arches above the windows and an old arch that once framed the fireplace. Very bright, the views are on the beautiful Piazza della Vittoria, home to the Municipality. 50 meters and we're at the beach!!

The Tower above the sea

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful town of Marciana Marina. The tower was already on maps of the 16th century as Torre di Poggio and in the 18th century as a customs office for the merchandise from the sea. In 2023, the tower was rebuilt by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location directly above the water makes every stay an experience.

Casa Gianguia apartment 100 meters from the sea

Villa such as "viareggina", called "Gianguia", located in an excellent location with respect to the center of Castiglioncello and Rosignano, a short walk from the sea, and the main services. Recently renovated, with practical and modern furnishings but tasteful ; equipped with all the comforts to ensure guests a pleasant and relaxing stay. Mysamare

The apartment is located in the village of Podere San Luigi in the southern part of San Vincenzo, surrounded by greenery, at a distance of about 200 meters from the sea. The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped driveway inside a holm oak forest. It is located in a strategic area as it is possible to reach many beautiful locations both on the coast and inland.
