The apartment in San Vincenzo is a wonderful solution for those looking for a beach vacation. The house is located on the ground floor of a quiet and reserved building, just steps to the beach and the center of the village. Recently furnished with care, it has a living area with TV, equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and two single beds, bathroom with shower, a large balcony, heating and free parking. In the residence there is a pool (June 15 - September 15)

Casa Sabina

The apartment, which provides your own private entrance, has been recently renovated and furnished with care. It is located at the foot of the ancient Castle of Montemassi in a historic square in the characteristic medieval village. With only pedestrian access allowed in this square, you can be assured to have a tranquil and peaceful stay. A 5 minute walk from the apartment, the Castle of Montemass provides visitors with a cultural activity during their stay.

Beautiful penthouse in the center of San Vincenzo, a short walk to the port and the main street of the city. It has a large terrace of over 130 m^2 above which you can sunbathe and make wonderful aperitifs at sunset. The house has: a double bedroom, a spacious bathroom with travertine masonry shower and a living room with kitchenette and 2 sofa beds for an additional 3 guests. The grill outside the house is no longer present on the terrace.

The apartment is located in the village of Podere San Luigi in the southern area of San Vincenzo, surrounded by greenery, at a distance of about 200 meters from the sea. The sandy beach can be reached (on foot) through a shaded and equipped path within a holm oak forest. It is located in a strategic area as it is possible to reach many beautiful places both on the coast and inland.

THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIOMBINO HAS INTRODUCED A TOURIST TAX OF €1.50 PER PERSON FOR EVERY NIGHT SPENT IN THE CITY. THE TAX IS REQUIRED FROM JUNE 1 TO SEPTEMBER 30. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival at the apartment for the total nights booked.
