Trevligt boende med gångavstånd från centrum. Lite dåligt med matbutiker i närområdet men i övrigt inget speciellt. Fina allmänna ytor och pool. Vi hyrde bil/Jeep som vi kunde parkera direkt utanför grinden till boendet utan extra kostnad. Kan rekommendera boendet.

Excelente lugar, muy amables y muy pendientes de lo que necesitábamos.

The place it's perfect!!! Perfect location just a few steps away from the beach and great amenities on the complex. We will defintly be back. We felt very safe and it's walking distance to la quinta avenida, restaurants, bars, and shopping areas.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond to make me feel at home and safe. She would call my taxis with gentleman as she knew that I would feel safe with when I wanted to go on a tour some kind of excursion she would book it for me. This young lady went above and beyond so impressed.

Bel emplacement un peu difficile à trouver au départ. Belles commodités, piscine, endroit calme et près de tout.

Just so lovely space, with very good location and superb host. Rosalba just made us feel like home. Clean and large rooms with AC, nice garden, quiet place despite of shared kitchen. Would wished to stay there longer and definitely recommend!

En general todo está bien, el baño, las sábanas y almohadas estaban muy limpias, tiene una vista muy bonita al jardín y alberca. Lo único que nos confundió fue la dirección, está mal ubicada en el mapa y también la dirección que te lleva al google maps, tuve que buscar aparte en la aplicación de maps para dar con el verdadero hotel pues se confunde con otro, la dirección es Av. 10 norte esquina con 22 norte.

Excelente lugar donde hospedarse, muy bonito tal y como las fotos anunciadas, mi familia quedo muy satisfecha por la comodidad y lo mejor de todo la ubicacion, practicamente a dos cuadras de la quinta avenida y muy cerca de la playa, sin lugar a duda volveriamos en nuestra proxima visita, la pasamos muy bien!!

The home is great to stay in Cozumel. It is in a location that is close to the square and behind the Mega superstore. You can walk almost anywhere you want to go in town. The home was nice and clean, gated and secure. We would stay there again.

Great stay! Tere was helpful and communicative! The place was clean and had hot water, which I always love even when it’s hot out. I was thankful for the outdoor seating area. The dogs in the other homes can be a bit annoying but nothing major. The only thing that could’ve been better would be a microwave but I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back. Thanks for having me! ☺️

Logement fidèle aux photos La chambre est grande avec un bureau et une salle de bain attenante privée avec toilettes - Il y a de l’eau chaude La chambre donne sur une rue donc il y clairement du bruit constamment (ville) Le quartier est excentré (50 min de marche de la station ADO touristica jusqu’à l’appartement par la 5e avenue) et le quartier est typique local donc peut paraître « ghetto » - ça n’est pas du tout le quartier à choisir pour sortir mais plutôt pour s’immerger dans la réalité Petit supermarché et excellent tacos juste en face Et la plage à proximité est belle et peu touristique mis à part le gros hôtel à proximité Raquel est disponible si on a des questions et nous laisse en tranquillité si c’est ce que l’on souhaite Il y a aussi le chat 🐈 (qui parle donc être habitué aux miaulements) et des plantes On monte par une maison commune et le chien d’une voisine m’a un peu traumatisée en en m’aboyant dessus Beaucoup de chiens errants aussi dans le quartier

Spacious and homey with an awesome balcony. Plenty of room for our party of 7. Rental car is ideal for the location. If you forget anything, there is a convenient store right across the street. Host was easy to work with and check in was remote and simple. Would stay here again!

La experiencia fue maravillosa e inolvidable! Al principio no me daba confianza hacer la reserva de un hotel All Inclusive a través de Airbnb!!! y fui muy tímidamente preguntándole a Kateryna. Ella muy cordialmente fue evacuando mis dudas y explicándome todo el procedimiento. Su rápida respuesta siempre y en todo momento fue lo que me dio la confianza para vivir esta experiencia Royal Elite en el Hotel Sandos Playacar y la verdad no puedo describir con palabras lo que fue! Realmente espectacular! todo tal cual nos dijo ella, el brazalete negro realmente hace la diferencia, tanto en el Check in como en todas las amenidades exclusivas que te brinda el hotel. La recomiendo totalmente y sin dudas volvería nuevamente!

Fue una estancia corta pero muy amena, sin problemas de ruido por noche. Buena ubicación, el personal muy atento. La habitación muy limpia, bien decorada y las camas muy pero muy cómodas. El baño impecable.
